I've seen the staff change a bunch over the years but the one thing stays consistently the same. The service, unless if you are just coming to the gas station to use the bathroom and the gas pump itself, its awful. They just give overweight dudes the job and expect greatness to come from it. It's like the screening questions for the job are do you know how to ignore customers? Great perfect. Do you avoid the shower like it's the gym? Amazing! Do you weigh over 300? Couldn't ask for more! You are the perfect employee for my shop! It's just a joke. How do you have people here to "care" for the public when they don't even "care" about themselves. Peoples self care correlates into their work. If you're fat and lazy your work is going to show that and smell that as well. If you think I'm mean go have your time wasted for over a decade be my guest I did it. Clearly it's made me realize this place is a joke.

We remain very pleased with the pharmaceutical services there. The staff is friendly, efficient, hard working, and clearly maker their care for their patients a priority. The two full time pharmacists and their. part time/fill-in associates go far above and beyond what is expected to standards that are usually only hoped for. We get all of our prescriptions meds, and most of our OTC meds from this Walgreens. We get nearly all of our inoculations there (with the staff there organizing clinics for us at the store. I pick up from the window and at the counter in the store. They typically have all of our meds grouped so they are ready for a fast/efficient pick up. When its comes to medicine related coaching/advice/counsel the professional pharmacists and their support staff are the best I have experienced in their consistency and effort. One anecdote...one of my residents went to visit family in another state several hundred miles away for an extended period. That person left all of his meds at the residence. With the help of the head pharmacist at the Byrnes Mill Walgreens a connection was made with the Walgreens in the city where he was visiting. The meds were ordered and gathered. The pharmacist there was able to charge them to the resident's medicaid account in my state....which took a good bit of work to do. The staff at my Walgreens rescued what could have been a very difficult situation. I go out of my way to thank the staff there regularly and am very happy to do so. Walgreens is a valuable ally and its staff a part of our retirement home staff. I most sincerely endorse their efforts.

Target in Arnold MO pharmacist ran my medication through…read moreincorrectly and didn't call to tell me it would be on hold (even though it shouldn't of been but was her error). I found out and called insurance, they told me what she did and I had to tell her. But of course they didn't have it in stock but it was too late in the day for her to get an order in for it to be next day. So a very important medication I am suppose to take daily will now miss 2 doses because of her mistake and delay. If she did it correctly I would have gotten it next day. I will be pulling all my family's meds from this location. It has significantly went downhill. I miss the old staff but CVS turnover is ridiculous. I see why now, lazy and unintelligent pharmacists.
