I called for service and received no service rendered in the interim my car was damaged by the tool he was using the more he used it the more my car got damaged by him attempting to unlock the lock. I knew something was incorrect as he was working from the back door of my vehicle. On top of that he was shaking a lot had no idea what was happening. I took the liberty to call someone else and by the grace of God he was able to get my door unlocked with ease. Mr Rogers want to be paid for services not rendered and threaten to call the police on me I waited patiently for them to come. However he drove off after stating the damage he has done to my vehicle with no apology at all. They then began to have problems with other sub contractors and the job went on for several months. I found inconsistent numbers in their billing. I asked John why the totals were more than the addends and his reply was they do that to cover any mistake their estimator makes. The 3 carbon monoxide roof vents were damaged and on the contract to replace. They were only painted to look new and not replaced. I asked Ed Rollins why they were not replaced and he replied, we made a mistake and used that $350 on the gutter guards. PGRS started the job in April and didn't complete it until October. Richard S.
