I called for service and received no service rendered in the interim my car was damaged by the tool he was using the more he used it the more my car got damaged by him attempting to unlock the lock. I knew something was incorrect as he was working from the back door of my vehicle. On top of that he was shaking a lot had no idea what was happening. I took the liberty to call someone else and by the grace of God he was able to get my door unlocked with ease. Mr Rogers want to be paid for services not rendered and threaten to call the police on me I waited patiently for them to come. However he drove off after stating the damage he has done to my vehicle with no apology at all. My advice keep strolling it's not worth now I have to come out of my pocket to pay for this damage from a person who didn't even get my door unlock. I can't make this up!
