I finally found a company in Georgia with old school service and customer satisfaction. It started with Michael Quick doing my estimate. Showed up on time and gave me exactly what I needed. Then they sent Chance Caswell to do my job. He told me one piece had some concealed damage, and he would use another piece to complete the job that day and order a replacement. It would take about 3 to 5 days. What a pro this man was. Then in 5 days they sent Evan Quick to switch out my temporary piece they used. He switched out the bad panel in 10 minutes with a smile on his face. Lastly, I have to mention their office member Mekayla Hyatt who kept me informed during my whole transaction. Buy from them because YOU as a customer deserve it. read more

Amazing company! The amount of care and consideration they show and give their customers is off the charts. They offer the consumer fast turnaround and great value all around. We have been using Mid Georgia for 15 years now and cannot say enough great things about them. Always a pleasure to deal with. I'm my case, the spring on my garage busted and there were kind enough to get a technician out the house the next day. Customer service like this is almost unheard of these days. Amazing company owned and operated by amazing people! Thanks again Mid Georgia! read more

I chose this company based on positive reviews and previous work that had been done at my home prior to my purchase. Response times were slow, professionalism was lacking, and the final outcome did not meet expectations. There were delays, lack of communication, and concerns that were not properly addressed. The technician arrived over an hour plus late with no apology or excuse and then left abruptly after claiming he was going to get his tools from his truck to complete the job. No job was completed and no one at the company was willing to understand my concerns or attempt to address them. I was talked to poorly and treated like trash. I'm disappointed with my experience with this company. I believe there is significant room for improvement in customer service and accountability. read more

We've used them for years and so thankful they were able to help so quickly this last time as I didn't have time to wait to order a new or custom one. They had a used one on hand which was great since raccoons was getting into everything. Here is a before and after pic. Both doors were from them but as you can see damage was beyond fixable. . Maybe next time we will upgrade and not be in such a rush. read more

Great experience! Our kids had given us a garage door opener for Christmas and a friend had come over to help us install it, but said that sadly, our garage had a clearance problem and that it wouldn't work. I called Mid-Ga Garage Doors and they came when they said they would, even called ahead that morning. Charlie was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, He said that it would be a challenge to put it up, but that he would try. After making some adjustments, the unit was completely installed and running less than two hours later. Great service, great price, great people! Glad to do business with good local folks! read more

I used Mid-Georgia Garage doors for the second time today. Both times I have called in the afternoon and they were out the next day and arrived at the time they said they would be there. I also had the same technician named Charlie both times. He is the consumate professional. On time, knowledgeable and efficient. Service call was reasonable and he had my door fixed in less than 30 minutes with an $8 part. He also lubed the doors and helped with a keypad issue that I had been having. I would highly reccomend that if you need anything to do with garage doors in Peachtree City or Newnan that you use this company. They are a pleasure to work with. read more

Quoted one price over the phone then billed a higher price once the part was installed. Found out after the fact that the quote for replacing the part didn't include the price of the part. What??? Otherwise work appears to have been done well. read more
