This company wanted to charge me a $400 flat rate BEFORE coming to see my property. I understand labor fees, etc. but they didn't provide an estimate, didn't know for sure what my issue was and still gave me a price. I'm so glad it didn't go with them because the company I did choose charged me $185 AND it would up being a little cheaper because the issue with my garage door wasn't even extensive. I'm glad I shopped around before accepting this price. Y'all need to provide FREE estimates AND have a technician explain what the actual issue is BEFORE charging someone. read more

I had an issue with my garage door being off track and the cable needing to be fixed, as well as the weather strip. Outstanding service. Backed a car into a garage door, knocking it off the track. At first I called the closest garage door company. Their price was OUTRAGEOUS. Think this had to be a rip off, I got on Angie's List and found D'Alba Garage Doors. I called Mark and after a few questions he said this wouldn't be a problem at all, since the door was not damaged, all the cables and springs were ok, it had just come off the track.
