Unfortunately had a very bad experience with Mr. Rogers today. I called for services due to the fact I locked my keys in my car in error. I called for service and received no service rendered in the interim my car was damaged by the tool he was using the more he used it the more my car got damaged by him attempting to unlock the lock. I knew something was incorrect as he was working from the back door of my vehicle. On top of that he was shaking a lot had no idea what was happening. I took the liberty to call someone else and by the grace of God he was able to get my door unlocked with ease. Mr Rogers want to be paid for services not rendered and threaten to call the police on me I waited patiently for them to come. However he drove off after stating the damage he has done to my vehicle with no apology at all. My advice keep strolling it's not worth now I have to come out of my pocket to pay for this damage from a person who didn't even get my door unlock. I can't make this up! read more

Mr. Roger knows his stuff hands down. Don't expect friendship but what you can expect is the job will be done right. He IMO is the last of the true locksmiths! What he does really can be classed as being a craftsman. He is a straight up guy who's doing what he likes and getting people in locked out places. His price is not the cheapest and to be honest you really don't want the cheapest, what you want is a hired locksmith to get the job done! THE WORST! This man has an attitude like he is the only locksmith on the planet. I do not recommend you use this service. Truly a shame this man is in business. The man shows up at your business.. all smiles... arms crossed... looks at a lock that needs to be opened and laughs in your face as he mumbles....'not interested' and walks out. HORRIBLE customer service... and this is not the first time... Once I went to his office and was charged over twice the normal rate simply because he was not used to do a larger job our company bid out. His prices are through the roof and his attitude leaves very little to be desired. I will go out of my way to warn people about this TERRIBLE customer service.
