Place was busy for a weekday afternoon, with a couple of large groups seated at joined tables. What sets TennFold apart is how they work as a team. My server had one of the large groups, which usually means that as a lone patron you get little attention. Not the case here, multiple servers would check in on me. As I watched the floor, I could tell this was just the culture of the business. My server and another one that waited on me confirmed this, they talked about they all covered for each other as well as managers and owners jumping in to bus tables and help, and doing it happily. They talked about how different it is working in this environment vs other places. Kudos to the staff, owners and managers!

One of the Kegs they got was faulty and they apologized for the inconvenience, and fought with the tap and dumped foam for a long time to attempt to get us a full growler. They swap out he kegs as they get empty, and it doesn't seem like they are doing repeat kegs which we use as a good way to find new beers. It was very noisy and made it difficult to have a conversation across the table. Service - our server was very pleasant, but service was extremely slow. In fact bar service was ridiculously slow. Breathtaking Views, Fine Wine, and Country Charm: An Unforgettable Afternoon!…read more My family and I recently spent a wonderful day wine tasting at Arrington Vineyards, where my father has been a proud member for the past four years. Perched atop a gorgeous hillside vineyard sprinkled with picnic tables and a lovely small stage for concerts, the scenery was breathtaking, peaceful, and absolutely amazing--even under an overcast sky after narrowly missing the rain. The hospitality matched the views, with a warm and friendly staff that made our personal tasting--shared alongside a lovely couple visiting from England--truly special. We explored the tasting options among three of us: Red Flight: Chosen by my father. White Flights: Enjoyed by both my sister and me. Sweet Selection: An alternative flight offering a mix of red and white options. Wine is wonderfully personal, and while I appreciated their selection overall, the whiskey-barrel-aged wines weren't quite to my taste, as I generally prefer wines aged in oak or stainless steel (especially whites). A Helpful Tip for Visitors: While there are handicap parking spaces, we found the walk up to the tasting room a bit challenging for our mother due to back issues. We later discovered a couple of parking spaces closer to the entrance, as well as a staircase. Thankfully, we were able to drive up the hill to pick her up afterward, sparing her the walk back down! After our tasting, we relaxed outside with a picnic lunch we brought ourselves. All in all, I truly enjoyed our visit and would love to return for one of their concerts. As a fun bonus, one of the co-owners is Kix Brooks from Brooks & Dunn! If you've never been to Arrington Vineyards, it is definitely worth a stop.

We stopped by for a quick wine and food pairing experience during our Nashville trip. I have to admit, we were initially quite disappointed. It was surprisingly difficult to find where we were supposed to go for our tasting, and the staff weren't particularly helpful in directing us. Granted, the weather wasn't great that day, and we were told they normally have golf carts to transport guests to the tasting area. So I'll give them a pass on that! Apparently, we weren't the only ones having trouble, as another table also arrived quite late because they couldn't find the location. Thankfully, once we finally found our way, the experience was wonderful! We tasted five different wines, each paired with a small dessert. Just a heads-up: don't expect the food portions to fill you up! These are small bites meant to complement the wines rather than serve as a meal. What I really enjoyed was how thoughtfully the wines and desserts were paired. There were a few wines I initially thought I wouldn't like, but surprisingly, I ended up enjoying them once paired with the right dessert. It really showed how much a good pairing can change your appreciation of a wine! The tasting was enjoyable, the setting was lovely, and the price was very reasonable for the experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend Arrington Vineyards, especially for a romantic afternoon or a relaxing wine tasting with someone special. Despite the rocky start, we left happy with our experience. Just one piece of advice: give yourself extra time to find your tasting location! Hopefully, you won't get as lost as we did!
