Because of this, I came back months later with my then 4 year old and had a TERRIBLE experience with a tech and her "manager/lead tech" It was my child's first time getting blood work and was understandably scared. I had him on my lap and calm. The first tech stuck him and started to move the needle around in his arm and couldn't get blood which of course led to him screaming in agony. She attempted again on his other arm and wasn't successful and again moved the needle around and said to him "I'm not touching you" in a very annoyed tone when she left the needle in his arm while looking for a bigger gauge. At this time he was red, sweating, kicking and screaming while I'm holding him down. The head tech then came over to assist and used the larger gauge and also moved the needle back and forth. At this point I yelled that this was enough and that we needed to stop as he was crying and screaming to the point of exhaustion I was told by this manager that I need to ensure he's well hydrated going forward as it's my fault meanwhile my child drinks water all day every single day. Will not be returning to this location and would never recommend a child getting blood work done here and they do not have the skills to handle children and get annoyed at them easily.

They didn't call us until closer to 1, and even when they did call us we had to wait another 15 minutes standing in a hallway (even with my wife and I having a 1-year old that we had to hold), so wasn't actually seen until 30 minutes after the appointment time, and during this hallway waiting time multiple people who arrived after us were seen before us. When we were finally called in the room to take blood, they took blood from my daughter's arm rather than using a finger or foot prick which is the recommended method for pediatric collections for children this young. If they advertise that they do pediatric collections, this should be the standard procedure for children her age, but since they insisted that they can only draw blood through the arm, my 1-year old was obviously screaming, crying and squirming. The assistant kept telling her to "stop crying" and "sit still" in an annoyed tone. She's literally only 1 years old! Do you honestly think she knows what that means?? Never going to this location again, and if you have to bring your child for bloodwork I suggest you avoid this location at all costs!

This put strain on not only the wonderful person who provided my care and took the time to enter all of the tests in right but also her other colleague, and all the other patients there. I felt terrible. A man and a woman who were waiting a long time were pounding on the door and once the person helping me opened the door, they berated her for more than 5 min, yet she never lost her cool. She also worked thru her lunch break. Both of the lovely, professional ladies working here deserve a raise! Total professionals & class acts!

I explained that I did not have the ability to print it beforehand and asked if I could email it to her, as I had it readily available on my phone. She responded by saying, "You could, but I'm 11 minutes past closing, so I can't do anything for you." This was extremely frustrating and unreasonable. If you are not willing to complete an appointment after closing, then patients should not be taken back at all. I was already in the room, ready, with the paperwork in my email, it would have taken moments to send. Instead, I was turned away after waiting and leaving work early specifically to make this appointment before their 3 PM closing time. The employee was dismissive, had an attitude, and showed no professionalism or empathy. I am now forced to take additional time off work to find another location to get my blood drawn and I will absolutely not be coming back to this location due to this one woman. Completely unacceptable service and very disappointing experience.

I didn't like that there was no board with a queue to see where you are on the list. I received a text about my appointment 30 minutes past my appointment time. The staff claimed they had been calling for me in the waiting room.... The staff member who took my blood had very odd bedside manner. My husband was in the room with me and was scrolling on his phone waiting for me and talking to me as a distraction from the blood draw. Apparently the staff member thought he was taking photos??? Very odd. While I was using the restroom another patient was called into the room and he didn't even ask my husband (who was waiting for me) to step out... Obviously my husband found this weird and exited. To make it more awkward, I had to go back in while the other patient was in there to drop my cup off. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
