I went into Elwood Staffing and because I may have a hard time passing a background check they…read morereferred me to their sister company skill staff which is also by Elwood around back and when I went in there an overweight secretary took one look at my tattoos and my backpack and told me that I would have to have reliable transportation and not ride the bus because most of their jobs are just day-to-day jobs and all over the place and she tried to discourage me from even applying stating that the majority of the jobs that they get are far away and start too early for the bus to be getting there on time after questioning she admitted that sometimes they do get jobs within the Orem Provo City Limits and more pushing and prodding for me she finally some things in the computer and registered me to be signed up to be called for some of the jobs and granted she still never got up out of her seat was very rude kind of shouting to me from across the room barely poking her nose over the computer to try and discourage me from even trying to apply very unprofessional very lazy and I felt profiled
