There are pro's and con's to express. they are willing to work with you to a point. If you want an…read moreunderstanding agency I would go elsewhere. after getting sick at two jobs I was let go and they refuse to work with me now. they were not nice about it either. I'm not sure what his name is but, there was a recruiter there that was quite disrespectful. I like that they have an app that you can clock in on. and they have some higher paying jobs. over all they are a good choice strictly for those reasons.

If you have ever heard of Express Employment or plan on getting hired by them, DON'T. Express…read moreEmployment has to be one of the WORST temp companies I have ever worked for. I got a call today from one of the heads of the job asking me why I called in for my second time. The call went like this "Is James there?" I answered, "This is he." The head said, "Why did you call in today? You called in last week, too. What is happening?" I replied, "I have been throwing up, I am not feeling well today, so I can't come in." I was met with, "I need to know if you are going to go in today, or do I need to replace you?" I answered, "I can try to go in and make it." I was told, "That is not an option. You need to either go in and not complain or stay home and we can replace you. It is a tough world out there." I answered with my only foreseeable option, "I am going to have to stay home then." I do not want to work with a company that if I am so sick I can hardly get out of bed, I am given an option to go to work, Puke my guts out, pass out whatever the case may have been and get terminated because I "COMPLAINED" about it while I was at work. Every time I ever got a call from the company they always sounded so rude. I though it could have been just that one person and maybe they had a bug up their butt. Especially after I had an interview at the company. Not everyone at the company is rude apparently and I am thankful for that much, but if you get a call from them, expect to be treated like DIRT. As a company they do not care at all for you as a person, after how I was treated, I am sure all they saw me as was a dollar sign to bring in their cash. And if I did not make it to work they needed a new guinea pig to make that cheddar. If you work for them now, I suggest asking your company directly if you can get the job with them and terminate your Temp contract with Express. If you saw them and wanted to try and apply for a job through them, DON'T do it unless you don't care how they treat you as a person. If you want to be dirt to a company, feel free to join the company. After how I was treated today, once I got off the phone, I have NEVER want to cry so bad, or scream so loud because of how I was treated.
