Don't apply with this disreputable agency. After filling out the online employment app, I called…read moreResource Mfg to ask more about the position. I was told the hours and shift, and then provided with (unprompted) the name of the business. Being a go-getter, I then visited the business in person only to discover that the position they had available was not the one Resource Mfg was advertising. Bait-n-switch, I don't know. Resource Mfg did not return calls for a week until I finally left a message with the manager. I then received a call from the person there who had been blowing off my voice mails, and she informed me that they would no longer be dealing with me because I had been so inappropriate as to visit the business , and that Resource Mfg. had gotten in big trouble with the client. When I tried to explain to her that until I signed some policy sheet or was hired by Resource Mfg, I was in no way obligated to follow a rule I had no knowledge of, the woman HUNG UP on me! Now, I am being punished for the error of a Resource Mfg. staffer. I advise you to NOT use this agency to find a job. If this is how much correct information and support one receives before the hire, imagine how poorly they can treat you after they sign your paychecks.
