The retainer allowed for lower-cost paralegal work, yet it was rarely used. At $350/hour--above the local average--I found the service did not meet my expectations for quality or efficiency. Document delivery by flash drive, rather than a modern secure transfer system, seems archaic. I also found both attorneys' tones to be condescending and haughty. Based on my experience, I would not recommend either attorney.

I am so grateful for her guidance, and I think it would be difficult to find a more gifted career/life coach! She didn't offer to write my resume and cover letter for me. Instead, she challenged me to do the deep work necessary to discover a position/workplace which fit my values, played to to my strengths, and would offer more balance and fulfillment in my life. Isn't that what we all want anyway?! Her knowledge, expertise, as well as the wealth of resources she provided, were invaluable to my successful career transition. I have never met a more skilled cognitive coach. Rather than answering all my questions, she first ensured I was asking the right questions and empowered me to answer them for myself. Whether you are an educator or a business professional, you will be in more than capable hands with Nikki and Next Horizon Consulting.
