In the past I didn't typically have a lot of positive things to say about Temp agencies. Most take…read moreyour application and there isn't much follow through. I can't say that about Express Employment in Longmont. Within a few hours of meeting them they had me lined up for some overnight work. It was a 30 percent cut in pay from where I previously was, but with being out of work for a while, it was good to be back to work. The overnight position managed to pull through at a solid 40 a week, and they kept me on for quite some time even after many others had to leave after not enough work. Finally my time came due to lack of work. Needless to say EE had me back to work full time again within a short period of time. This eventually turned into a full-time permanent position with much more responsibility than I was hired for, which was almost a year ago. Thanks again to the staff at Longmont Express Employment!

Payroll errors, missing hours, and delayed corrections were not treated as urgent legal obligations but instead as inconveniences for the office to "explain away." At no point did the organization take proactive responsibility; every issue required repeated follow‑up, clarification, and pressure simply to obtain wages already earned. The most troubling aspect was the tone and manner in which these errors were addressed. Rather than acknowledging the statutory requirement to provide timely and accurate payment, management responded with defensiveness, emotional commentary, and attempts to reframe the situation
