I filled out all the prerequisite paperwork (which took longer than the actual interview) only to be told I didn't have enough experience. Then why was I brought in for an interview? They had allegedly read my resume. If I wasn't qualified, then why was I made to take online testing assessments? The reason I suspect is that they are after your secure information. Social Security Numbers, Date of Birth, Home Address. All of it. They got it. I asked the rude receptionist Louise to kindly shred all of my paperwork upon leaving. What an insult. I am not a stockholder in Shell Oil. I pay for gas and to drive to Superior for a bogus and phony interview is not what I call pleasant. If you find a job posting with them, make sure it actually exists. Ask to speak to the account manager regarding the job prior to filling out sensitive tax information. Why do they want my personal and sensitive information so badly.? Anything to get my information, but why? Is there a quota that has to be met? Thank you for wasting my time Excel Personnel.
