I called ahead to check if I needed an appointment but they said I could go in whenever I wanted. I walked in and the young lady at the front was very polite and helpful. I was taken back to a large room full of computers. Another employee set up a practice test and then after I was then set up my actual test. I noticed 2 other people working on resumes and applications and received help and input. After taking the test I just had to wait a few minutes to get my results printed and signed.
