She helped me polish up my résumé. And within a few weeks, the company interviewed me and eventually hired me. I would not have found work without her guidance, along with Peter who acted as liaison. The reason I can't give 5 stars is because I went in already having done research about the WIOA program and the very specific job I wanted to do. The lady kept trying to steer me in a different direction and seemed very off putting when I kept mentioning WIOA--like it's something they don't do for everyone even though it's a government funded program. When I asked when I would be assigned a case manager she said, "IF you're invited to orientation you'll get one then. In the meantime, take a look at our job board and see what you can find." The same day I went to the West LA Center and found that they have WIOA orientations 3 times a week and it's open to the public. If you need funding for certifications and trainings just go to West LA.

I do recommend you check their website out. Well, I'm leaving this review for awareness purposes. Again, if you are uploading from an android phone, you may need to get a copy of your passwords first to upload a resume stored on your phone. Sadly, my android does not save Google Dropbox passwords. My advice... Have your passwords handy if you are trying to upload from a Samsung Galaxy Note android phone. Unfortunately, because i am always updating my passwords for security purposes, I haven't been able to memorized them. I'm sure if I go into my Google accounts and request my passwords that I could copy and paste onto the agency website. I still give this company a high rating because of the abundance of information provided on their website. I am eager to complete my profile with this reputable company. I will update this review soon.

Even though the company they were representing obviously went with someone else after my virtual interview, it was so inconsiderate for this agency (so disappointing because the agent had great communication with me up until that point) to completely ghost me and not to at least let me know if I was chosen for the job or not. So unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

We've used other agencies in the past and were pretty underwhelmed until we connected with Mari. The founder has been very communicative, professional, detailed, and would check in throughout the entire process- even when we would forget to share our updates (mommy brain!). Most importantly our daughter loves our nanny so so much and that really should speak wonders. We are so grateful and couldn't be happier!
