Sure, the DD regular might know exactly what flavors they want in a box of dozen, but I'm a special occasion type of dozen donut buyer, so I need my flavor options. Ambiance: 2 stars - we order in the drive-thru. One whole panel wasn't even being used. So management needs to do better. Overall 2 stars. Dunkin' Donuts being a chain needs to do better.
