I needed a Visa photo and the dimensions required by the foreign country are VERY specific. I was a little apprehensive because I used a different service, with great Yelp reviews, for a passport photo and they got the dimensions wrong. My application was denied and I had to start over. When I went to Express Document Solutions I took the specification requirements listed on the country's web site and, don't laugh, a ruler. Yeah, I was that determined to get it right the first time. I'd called the day before and spoke to Nargiza, who told me it would only take 10 minutes. I came in the next day. Nargiza had another customer and she said she'd be with me soon. It wasn't long before she'd finished with her other customer and I explained I was there for a Visa photo and which country I needed it for. She said she could do it, but because I wanted to be sure she got the right dimensions I took out my phone to show here what the specific measurements were. Before I even unlocked my phone she smiled and rattled off the correct measurements. I think my expression amused her and I ate my crow without complaint. The process was quick and Nargiza was professional and pleasant. There's parking in the back and convenient access via a rear door. I needed a live scan and passport picture to be certified for my job and I spoke with Nargiza and made an appointment to come in. The parking was easy, I parked in front and when I arrived I saw that they had a sign stating that there was "parking in the rear". So one does not need to worry about parking! I arrived 15 minutes early and Nargiza greeted me and proceeded to help me with my live scan and passport photos.
