I have cameras. No call, no knock, no follow up, just a driveby peek and silence. I called him to follow up and he proceeded to blame the problem on me and tell me that hes doing me a favor by agreeing to come out some time next week, that it was my fault it was broken. Cecil, I hope you see this. The way you talked to me on the phone was rude, unprofessional, completely unacceptable, and your quality of work shows that off.

They know what they're doing and work fast, but I appreciated that he was always happy to answer questions and explain the process. I actually called 5 or 6 companies for quotes, but Cecil was the only one who picked up the phone when I called, which impressed me. He got us a bid right away and answered our questions, explained the process, etc. His pricing was better than some and comparable to others, but he installs Proform aerobic systems (one of the best). He got us scheduled in quickly and our new system is now installed, approved by the county and ready to use. We are very happy with his services and recommend his company to anyone needing to install a aerobic septic system.

Apparently some things are more expensive around here. We pay a little over $70. This does not include recyclables pickup. Not sure how much more they charge for this service. Coming from a part of Texas where trash pickup was included in my water bill and it was never over $65 for both services, I find their prices ridiculous. I hope they at least pay their employees a fair hourly rate.
