Reuben took my call on a Saturday morning, and was here that afternoon and did an amazing job…read more First he sprayed a detergent, then scrubbed the carpet with a mechanical scrubber which I never had seen done before with other companies. Then he steam cleaned with hot hot steam. I know it was hot because I grabbed the hose to help him clear it out of the way and it surprised me how hot it was. Then he set up a couple of big fans to help the drying process. After a few minutes of fan drying, he picked up his equipment and sprayed the carpet with a deodorizer. I'm very pleased with the job he did and am already recommending him to friends and neighbors.

Once they left the chemical smell was suffocating and I had to open all the windows in the house and run the whole house fan. Then I realized there was a thick layer of cleaner all over the floor. I mopped three times and still couldn't get all the cleaner off so had to pour water directly on the floor. As it's our nursery for our baby we can't put her in her room to sleep due to the overwhelming chemical smell. The chairs themselves look like they weren't cleaned and I ended up cleaning them myself with a rental from Home Depot.

Elena was a sweet lady. She came to my house and gave me a quote for a deep clean of $500. She…read morelooked through my house as does someone when they come over to give an estimate. The deep clean was for a new move in. I told her I wanted everything cleaned. I had a few things in the house that had to be moved, but nothing heavy. I had lots of dog hair and dusting to be done. I am a fairly reasonable person and still pretty nice considering the stars I am giving her. 1. She came late. It's fine it happens 2. They used most of my supplies to clean my house. She saw I had a full bottle of simple green and asked to use it. And paper towels. Is that Normal? She asked on arrival if I had a ladder.. I'm pretty much moving out so if I didn't have a ladder how would deep cleaning be done. As she walked out she used her handheld swifer to clean top of my frames in the hallway. Rag and water and maybe soap and a cleaner does the job. I found dust on the blinds. She mentioned that because she Cleaned the floors the dust got onto the blinds, so of course you could see it on the base boards. Well maybe I'm wrong or just too nice, but I expected it cleaner. My renters moved in and said the top shelves of the closets were not dusted and the laundry room was not very clean. The couch was not moved, but I couldn't expect her to do that. However I have colleagues say their house keepers clean all Day and move couches. They were only there from 8am-2pm. I'm sure they just did basic cleaning and felt like deep cleaning because there was a lot of dust and dog hair. On a positive note they focused well on bathrooms and cleaning the floor and the kitchen. My thing is they came to the house, checked it out . Gave me an estimate of 500. I specifically said deep clean, move out clean. I want everything clean. At the end, it looked better than what it was.

They even brought in a ladder. We are four adults that work full time M-F. Weekends we are usually running errands and getting ready for the next work week. Keeping up with household chores is very difficult and it always ends up falling on one or two people. I am very pleased of my decision. It's Saturday, and my senior parents are able to sit down and enjoy breakfast together. My mom and brother were super excited about how they found the house and would send pictures of things. It was worth it. I will definitely be reaching out again.

Yenny came over for an estimate and was very kind. Everyone who came for the initial deep cleaning was just as kind and worked so hard -- they really got into the nooks and crannies of areas in my home I haven't been able to reach in a long time. My home hasn't felt this clean in forever, and I truly wish I'd done this sooner. It's affordable for the size of our home and went beyond my expectations. Highly recommend if home cleaning services are something you've been debating and can fit in your budget. Money well spent. I already feel so much lighter. Thank you, Yenny and team!
