Rang a taxi and hadn't heard anything for 30 minutes so I rang just asking to an update she swore about something down the phone and said that she will get another to me. 20 minutes passed again no text no taxi so I rang they told me I'm next on the list and again another 20 minutes passed. It was now 1:20 am in the morning I'm a 16 year old girl and they wouldn't answer any of my phone calls. Gobsmacked to say the least.
