On returning to Manchester airport from Athens our flight was delayed bi ninety minutes. Received a message from them saying there sister company Brownhill taxis were picking us up. Then the nightmare began , the driver had no money to get out the car park so I had to pay then he pulled up and demanded payment told him we had already paid so he rang his office , then got lost on the motorway and also coming through darwen eventually dropped us at home after three hour and fifteen minute journey from Manchester. Rang and complained was told we would be reimbursed but sadly nothing has happened.

When you book book a taxi over the phone they don't lie when they say they will only be five minutes! On many an occasion I have still been getting ready when the taxi has arrived because I didn't think they were speaking literally when they said they were only going to be five mins! All of the drivers I have ever had have been really nice. They have a chat with you but they are not pervy. They make you feel comfortable and they know all the routes in Bolton very well. They are very reasonable as well.
