I rarely use private hire or taxi firms, but on occasion I have to as I am disabled, and when my car is in the garage, I need to get back home. Recently my car was in for some work, and I used C&E Private Hire to take me home and then back again to pick my car up.
The phone call to book was made efficiently, and the car arrived on time on both occasions. Equally the price quoted (which was slightly less than some of the other companies in the area) was also the price I paid. Again, something I've not always found with some previous companies.
The car was tidy, and the driver careful, and even went out of his way to help me because of my disability - again not something I can always say about previous experiences elsewhere.
I was so impressed with the service, C&E are the only company I now use for the occasional times I've needed a taxi or private hire company, and again on each occasion I've been impressed with their overall service and prices.
I can only hope they can continue to offer the level of service they do.
Remember - they are not a taxi firm and so you need to book the car in advance to use them. read more
