The staff can be pretty rude on the phone, particularly if there busy (which is no excuse really). I've often phoned up asking where my taxi is and they've lied to me, saying they came and went, even though I'd been waiting outside the whole time. Their prices average but I prefer the other taxi firms in the area. Drivers are generally friendly and the cars are usually up to date and comfy. They also display their driver/car numbers clearly which is useful.

The cost of the journey was £49, with a tip, £54. The same journey last year was £30 I thought the rise was excessive. I use Silsden taxis because they are competitive but this was pricey. Was not happy was stick in manchester airport for 2 and half hours being fobbed off by the company telling us he was in the airport looking, when he was actually somewhere on the motorway wouldn't if minded if we knew as we could of gone to get something to eat while we waited instead of walking all around trying to find him and he wasn't there. Apart from that mishap never had any other problems,and i would use this service again because its a good price.

The drivers are very safe and the prices are quite competitive compared to rival taxi companies. Doesn't usually take too long to get a taxi, although be prepared to queue in the cold for a while if you go at a busy time, such as when the clubs are closing. All in all I would probably have to say that they offer the best value for money taxis and a safe way to get home.
