Instead diverted me to a cash machine and told me he only accepts cash. Explained that I was told by the operators that all drivers accept card. He just repeated "cash is king, cash is king" over and over. Pulled up at the cash machine and then said if I didn't get cash, he couldn't continue. There was a card machine on his passenger seat. He said it wasn't working. Drivers need to be made to accept card if it is company policy.

When you book book a taxi over the phone they don't lie when they say they will only be five minutes! On many an occasion I have still been getting ready when the taxi has arrived because I didn't think they were speaking literally when they said they were only going to be five mins! All of the drivers I have ever had have been really nice. They have a chat with you but they are not pervy. They make you feel comfortable and they know all the routes in Bolton very well. They are very reasonable as well.
