They've never let me down! Their prices seem to me to be quite competitive, although I'm not really an expert on taxi fares in Bolton. The drivers tend to vary in friendliness; some are quite chatty whilst others seem to be the strong silent types. I received a call to confirm my booking from a really friendly man, he told me where my vehicle was and described the car for me, meaning I could find it with ease. The taxi driver didn't talk to me for the entire journey, I don't mind this as it allows me to sit back, relax and play music, but I would have liked him to just confirm where I was going as the taxi was arranged by Northern Rail. The taxi was clean, comfortable and the driver took the quickest route, straight on the motorway and back to Manchester in no time! 4* - I was pleased with Hastings overall, I even received a follow-up call to check I'd arrived fine and he sent me their website so I can use them again, which I'm sure I will do if I ever need a taxi in Bolton!

Either way they need more cab drivers as I did not call at times I would consider to be peak hours.
