    Best Car log in town. If they don't have it they will find it with a quick turn around time. I won't go anywheres else.

    I had a very difficult and prolonged experience with the service department at Paretti Mazda that…read morelasted nearly three months before it was finally resolved. I originally brought my 2019 Mazda CX-5 in for drivability issues and a check engine light. I was told the Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor needed to be replaced and paid for the repair. Within days, the same symptoms returned. After continued problems and additional diagnostics, it was later determined that the actual issue was within the EVAP system (purge valve and evaporative canister). Those repairs were eventually completed under warranty. The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of urgency and communication while my vehicle remained unreliable. This situation impacted my ability to work and required constant follow-up on my part. I ultimately had to escalate the matter through Mazda Corporate, the BBB, and the Louisiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection office before meaningful progress was made. While the dealership eventually reimbursed the earlier repair and fixed the EVAP system, it should not take months and multiple outside complaints for a customer to receive proper resolution. The vehicle is now running correctly, but the process to get there was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. All documentation related to this situation including repair orders, diagnostic reports, and correspondence with Mazda Corporate, the BBB, and the Louisiana Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section has been retained.

My car was in need of a maintenance per the pop up notification on the dashboard, so I scheduled an appointment online with the user friendly website Mazda has to offer. Fast forward to my first maintenance with Mazda Paretti, I pulled up to the shaded area for service, got out of my car and told them I'm here for my first maintenance. The guy at the front desk, I believe Landon, was very welcoming. It was my first free oil change & the waiting area was comfortable, there were snacks and cool beverages. They finished everything within an hour & didn't push me to get extra services done. He pulled the car around to the front & to my surprise, my car was thoroughly washed and cleaned. My floor mats were washed and the interior was vacuumed. It's been a while since I've received any maintenance, so this was really pleasant to see. I hope the next few visits are like the first. Thank you Mazda Paretti!

I have an extended warranty that we aren't even into yet ,as I'm still covered with the factory warranty. I've never owned a vehicle with any warranty , so this was all new to me. My Service advisor , Kevin, was personable and took time to listen to my concerns. My truck isn't the newest , fanciest truck , but it's my truck. It's only got 25k miles and is scratch and dent free. I explained to Kevin that it was more important to me to get my truck back in the exact condition I gave it to him in ,than the repairs it was in there for. I'm SUPER IFFY about my truck. I had a wiring harness issue and needed the seal where my driveshaft meets the differential. It took about a week as parts were required to be ordered. I was greeted promptly at my appointment time in a service bay that is not only air conditioned, but the nicest, cleanest service area I've ever seen. I was, and am ,truly impressed. I expressed my concern to Kevin about dings and scratches. We did a thorough walkaround and I assured him that we'd be doing another one when I came to get it. I was given a shuttle ride home as soon as we were finished. Kevin stayed in contact with me in regards to the arrival of the needed part and also assured me that my truck was inside up on a rack, out of the sun and high enough to not be bumped by anything. I was notified that my truck would be ready and got a shuttle to come to my home to pick me up. It was the same driver that brought me home. He was a kind and very positive person. We did do a THOROUGH walkaround and as promised, she was just like I have it to him. I didn't even bother to look under my truck at the actual repairs until I got home. Everything was fine. As we all know, cars and trucks are now dominated by computers and electronics. I feel good about bringing my truck back here for service in the future. I worked for a first-class dealership in my younger years and Matt Bowers Ford reminds me a lot of that atmosphere we had. Kevin is a fine representative of this Service dept. and the dealership! Book an appt. with him for top-notch service and customer satisfaction. I don't see how my experience could have gone any better. I absolutely recommend this service dept.

That level of responsiveness and professionalism really stood out. He answered my questions, kept me updated, and made me feel like my business actually mattered. As someone who was ready to move forward, I really appreciated how efficient and straightforward he was throughout the process. It was a night-and-day difference compared to my previous experience, and because of that, Warren and the dealership earned my business. I would definitely recommend working with him if you want someone who communicates well and gets things done. Here's a shorter version too if you want to post something more quick and simple: Warren was great to work with. He got back to me quickly, had a full list of vans for me within one day, and made the whole process easy. He communicated well, answered my questions, and made me feel like my business mattered. My final invoice included charges I never authorized -- an additional "Safetrack Premium Oil Change," wiper blades, and a tire rotation. Only the tire rotation was removed when I questioned it. What's worse, my advisor claimed those items were part of Service B and that a Service B "menu" doesn't exist. That's false. Their own website clearly lists oil and filter replacement as part of Service B and makes no mention of wiper replacement. The invoice even shows oil was already included under the Service B line, meaning I was billed twice for oil. This level of dishonesty and lack of transparency is unacceptable, especially for a brand that claims to represent quality and integrity. As a first-time Mercedes customer, this experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of. I hope management and Mercedes-Benz USA review this issue and take steps to ensure other customers aren't treated the same way.

I was promised a call after lunch with an update--no one ever reached out. I had to chase them down myself, only to be told they "couldn't recreate the issue," so they didn't even run a diagnostic. After I pushed back, I was suddenly told the issue had actually been reproduced earlier that morning--yet no one bothered to communicate that or explain what was wrong. When I picked up my vehicle, multiple warning lights immediately came on. Then I was told it needed to stay overnight, which made no sense considering they had already wasted an entire day doing nothing. I purchased this vehicle from them in cash and also bought a warranty, which has been completely useless. I ended up diagnosing the problem myself and paying to have it fixed elsewhere--something they should have been able to handle. They had multiple chances to make this right and failed. Poor communication, no accountability, and a complete disregard for the customer's time. Avoid this place.
