At our company, we were celebrating Valentine's day by practicing Self-LOVE. "If you don't love yourself, nobody else is going to love you." I have been dating my boyfriend for about two years now. Him and I went to speak to Tracy about our relationship. She was very easy going, relatable and that really help to make us both feel comfortable to open up. She spoke to us both together and then spoke to us privately separately. I'm not going to lie, I was pretty nervous about it. Not sure what he would say to her. But she was trying to dig deep to understand him, and us. She asked us questions that we both never really spoke about. She made us both think about what we wanted for ourselves and what we wanted out of each other. This open new questions about our future. I was scared because him and I have never had this conversation. I honest was afraid and thought we were going to break up. To my surprise after she spoke to him, we had a deep, long conversation about our relationship. He finally was not scared and told me he loved me, HE asked me what I wanted for the future, he told me what he wanted. I was so happy to see the change in him. He was able to be vulnerable and speak about his feelings and in turn I was no longer afraid to tell him how I felt about him. Since we started meeting Tracy on a regular basis, my boyfriend and I have been able to open up, we are in a much much better place, we dont just ignore problems, we discuss it. We have been talking about our future and I am happy to say we finally had a sense of direction of where the relationship was going and we are moving in together in about a month.
