I've gone to three yoga sessions at The Camp with Tracy and DJ Crisanto, and each time has been a great experience. Tracy is an outstanding instructor. Every session introduces something new, which keeps the classes engaging and fun. I've practiced yoga for a few years, and one thing that really stands out is there is always a new stretch or pose. She creates a welcoming environment and encourages everyone to work at their own pace while still challenging themselves. I always leave class feeling better than when I arrived. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, encouraging, and engaging yoga instructor, I highly recommend checking out Tracy's classes at Explore Yoga. read more

Tracy is a nice person and her husband seems like a good guy, but this studio is built for a very specific type of clientele, and I am not it. To provide some baseline context: I already run a high-friction, highly disciplined physical routine. I train 6x a week (push/leg/dynamic movement/pull/leg/dynamic movement), do Zone 2 cardio 5x a week, and Zone 5 cardio 1x a week. I'm 38 and can still run a 6-minute mile. On top of that, I work three jobs. I do not have issues with "malware" hijacking my system, I have plenty of energy, and I actively seek out the hard work. (As an aside, this is a bad analogy anyway because our biological systems are not based on restrictive, narrow-scope Von Neumann architecture; they operate much closer to an analog computer system). Nevertheless, the core point is that analogy is inherently flawed because it is trying to force a problem to be something it wasn't, and then using a solution for it that fundamentally doesn't work. I recently became interested in the physical concept of emptiness and wanted to deepen my understanding of it to uncover some spiritual blind spots. I thought yoga would be a natural pivot. I was wrong. Through attempting to do yoga here, I concluded that this is no longer what I want to do. But I also realized that more thoughts and more ideas are not bad--philosophy is not bad. Being lost is just a transitive state. If you keep going, keep reflecting, anchor yourself correctly, and stay humble, you will derive a lot of meaningful wisdom from it. Yoga itself is, and always was, a giant philosophical framework long before it was adapted into the modern version with a physical side. My point is that the philosophical side absolutely has its purpose, because everything we do comes from our thoughts. Pros: --- - She did help me improve some shoulder mobility. - The studio itself is nice, well-maintained, and has a very casual, relaxing atmosphere (which is a pro for most people, even if it wasn't the intensity I was looking for). - She has years of experience with yoga and clearly carries weight and presence in her reputation. - I appreciate the "keep your ego at the door" sign on the front porch. Cons: --- - She treated me like I lacked the willingness to put in the work (my physical receipts of silent dedication are linked below). I took great offense to this, but I had to swallow it and concede multiple times. - Refused to even look at my handstand. When I asked for help analyzing my structural weaknesses, she bypassed it entirely and pivoted to teaching a headstand (which is not a mechanical prerequisite for a handstand). It was a major red flag--it felt like she either lacked the technical experience to coach it or simply assumed I wasn't physically capable of it. - She had absolutely no clue what an L-sit is, which is a massive mechanical blind spot for anyone teaching bodyweight leverage. - Our learning styles fundamentally didn't align. Even though the environment is casual, the instruction itself felt like a one-way street. There was very little room for actual mechanical dialogue, feedback, or collaboration on my specific goals--you are just expected to follow her script. - The biggest deal-breaker of all: The background music (while soft) and her overarching philosophy highlighted a fundamental mismatch. I prefer to focus in silence on how my body internally reacts to a position--this is the raw physical feedback I use to reflect on later. She focuses heavily on breath work. To me, that kind of breath work is an active, proactive/reactive process; it completely misses the true, passive "emptiness" (Yin) I was looking to experience. - I also had to navigate and verbally de-escalate interactions with her overly enthusiastic husband. - To top it off, she attempted a tone-deaf upsell for another session without realizing our session had essentially failed. If you are someone with absolutely zero physical background looking for basic stretching, or just a tourist seeking generic pain relief in a highly curated, relaxing environment, this studio will probably work for you. But if you are looking to explore true emptiness, get away from the commercial distractions, and you already operate at a high level of physical integrity, look elsewhere--or at the very least, proceed with caution. To be fully transparent, here is my baseline (I have nothing to hide and am just sharing the receipts of my experience): YouTube handle: humble_integrity Strava Athlete: 95248427 Website: rbtlong (commerce) read more

I had a wonderful experience at Tracy's yoga flow class. She did an excellent job explaining each pose and transition, making it easy to follow regardless of experience level. Even though it was a group class, she somehow made me feel seen and supported. It was such a grounding experience, and I left feeling both refreshed and centered. I definitely recommend her and look forward to coming back! read more

I've been seeing Tracy for four years and I have grown so much in so little time. I initially began yoga to help with my lower back pain, and not only has it cured my back pain, it has also improved my flexibility and strength. My body has actually become a little toned too, and I've lost weight. Tracy is an amazing mentor and she showed me that yoga is more than a form of exercise, it is a way of life. I can't recommend her enough! read more

I have been taking classes with Tracy Bui for a couple of months . The progress I have made is amazing and it is all because of Tracy's ability to sense what I need and work on that. She knows a lot about all different levels of yoga and also a lot about how deep a person may need to go or not go at a certain time. Her skill level at working with my breath in order to get me to go deeper into a pose is very high. She is also patient and really cares about her students. I would highly recommend Tracy Bui. read more

Tracy led me through a slow, intentional yoga session that felt incredibly empowering. Every movement was gentle yet profound, reminding me of the strength in stillness and the healing power of breath. With her simple yet attuned guidance, I felt layers of tension melt away. She closed the session with a sound bath that felt like a spa treatment for the mind and soul. The frequencies didn't just relax me, they shifted my entire headspace. It was as if my thoughts, usually tangled and racing, were gently unraveled and released. The vibrations moved through me like waves, recalibrating my energy and creating space for stillness. I didn't get a massage, but it felt like a full-body reset. The experience was the most loving form of self-care, grounding, clarifying, and deeply nourishing. If your soul has been whispering for rest, renewal, or simply a return to yourself, let this be your gentle nudge. Tracy holds space in a way that feels sacred. Her sessions are more than movement, they're a spa treatment for your entire being, a quiet homecoming. Let yourself be guided back to stillness. You're in good hands. read more

This year is a tough year for me. I pushed myself to deal with a lot of stress and pressure. I couldn't control my emotions and easy to cry or be angry just for nonsense reasons. I came to Yoga, and with Tracy, Yoga has changed my life completely. Started by just being curious about what Yoga can do, I am now getting into it. Tracy is my first and best Yoga teacher ever. She was patient with me but at the same time, she is a strict teacher. She corrected and guided my body in every posture. When she noticed, I could do more she made sure I would do its best. If Yoga changed my life, Tracy is a my lifesaver. My physical and mental states improved incredibly. I am surprised that my body is more flexible and stronger than I am aware. Stress and anxiety are reduced. More importantly, I found the balance in my emotions. I feel more energetic in a happy and peaceful way. read more

Tracy with Explore Yoga is, by far, my favorite yoga instructor. I've attended different classes through Ra Yoga, Radiant Yoga, Yoga Mat, and other studios. Tracy is SPECIAL. Tracy exudes positive vibes and great energy. Her classes are an enjoyable journey and adventure. She pushes and challenges us to go deeper mentally and physically. Every session is unique but great flow, positive energy, and good music are always consistent. She blends flow, core/ab work, and deep stretching without making it seem overwhelming. She's great for beginners and advanced yogis alike. She really helps you explore your body and mind. Tracy is super professional but also genuinely cares. I have no hesitations recommending Tracy for a yoga session no matter what you're looking for! read more

Yoga changed my life. I used to like doing dynamic activities and sports such as martial arts, gym work out, and soccer. When I started having more works to do for my job, I eventually stopped doing all of the activities. After 2 years, my body lost most of its strength and flexible. My endurance and mentality were also affected, and I felt like a wooden log. My wife and I decided to do Yoga to release stress and seek to improve our mental states, as well as gaining some of our strength back. - We found Tracy and I am honored to say she is our best Yoga teacher. She not only possesses a broad knowledge of Yoga exercises and postures, but also a calm and positive energy that can uplift our mood after a long day of work. With this gentle art of Yoga, Tracy has been consistently guided my wife and me from the absolute beginning to challenging poses. She pays attention to little details of our poses to make sure we do it properly and safely. Thats what I like about her method of teaching. Recently, I have regained alot of my strength and I have become more energetic after sessions with Tracy. My mind is clear and body is light. It feels great and I am grateful for her effort to train us to become like today. Definitely will recommend to friends if they are interested in Yoga and will stick with Tracy for a long long time. read more

I "explored" yoga for the very first time with Tracy at age 60! I knew my body needed yoga but was always.. well.. a little skeptical about it's benefits for this aging body. But I walked away after my first class feeling lighter and moving easier than I had in a long time. Tracy's gentle guidance was comforting and her positivity uplifting! She definitely meets her clients where THEY are!! Her studio is very professional. It's been a wonderful experience! I appreciate you Tracy! Namaste read more

Infinitely grateful to my yoga teacher Tracy from Explore Yoga. One private yoga session at Explore Yoga is equivalent to countless hours of group classes at Bikram, Purple and Corepower studios combined. Where once I felt that I had burnt out and plateaued with my yoga practice at various hot yoga studios, I now find myself making breakthroughs, breaking out of patterns, recognizing bad habits, becoming stronger, finding excitement in postures that I thought were once impossible with the guidance of my Explore Yoga teacher, Tracy. Her care and attention to detail has ignited my love for yoga. Like a poet, there are stories that unfold with every flow and metaphors that present itself in the expression of each posture. Tracy is patient, insightful and has a natural knowledge of the human body that makes it easy to learn/relearn postures the correct way. She is clear and concise. Her confidence is contagious. She has opened my mind in such a way where I am now always eager to explore my edge and take my yoga practice outside the monotonous classroom setting and out into the wild. At our tech company, we have hired Explore Yoga for team building retreats where even absolute beginners have expressed candidly that the yoga sessions have been one of the highlights that everyone looks forward to. A good flow to start the day keeps our team spirit strong. After every yoga session, our team is more in tuned with each other surfing effortlessly on creative waves. If you want to give your team that extra edge, this is a great place to start. At our company, we were celebrating Valentine's day by practicing Self-LOVE. "If you don't love yourself, nobody else is going to love you." So it was a suiting way to end our love week by having Tracy teach us Yoga and how to love and care for our bodies, minds and souls. Our group ranged from never before have done yoga, or haven't done it in years, to some who go religiously weekly. She guided all of us through a beautiful and peaceful journey that made everyone feel more energized, motivated and relaxed at the end. An added bonus was that we did it outdoors where we gazed at the sky and listened to the waterfall running in the background. The best part of it all was the mini head and shoulder massage I received at the end of my practiced. It made me feel so rewarded to challenge my body like that and to just let it all go on the mat and to breathe and be present. Till this day we still talk about how AmAzing the class was and how we need to do it again soon soon!! Also after Tracy's class, 3 people signed up to a local yoga studio to continue their practice because that class with Tracy was pretty much life-changing! read more

Tracy is very experienced in adapting yoga for the individual. I had a stoke 9 years ago, which left my left side paralyzed. After working with Tracy for 6 months, I am able to move my left shoulder and have improved my left knee control. All this has helped me be more productive in my overall life. I didn't think I would be able to do any exercise because of my limitations, but Tracy figured out a way to tailor our sessions so that I could get both a workout AND improve my functionality. If she can do all that for me with all my limitations, imagine what she can do for YOU! read more

Amazing studio, A truly soul enriching experience, thank you Tracy for sharing your time & space

Tracy's private restorative yoga class was my first yoga class in maybe 5 years and wow, WHAT A CLASS TO COME BACK TO! Everything from the studio to Tracy's attention to detail was superb. She guided me and my boyfriend through some poses I did not think I was capable of. The entire session was truly a blessing. So much love and light! read more

For years, I've known Tracy to be a yoga instructor, have followed her travels, but never quite had a chance to ever practice with her. When my office was hunting for an instructor, though, she was the first person I thought of! It's been 3-4 months since she made the first office call and my yogi mates couldn't be more happy! We love her and love how her instruction flows! She leads us by demo-ing postures, by encouraging breath to movement, and by introducing challenging layers. She gently nudges us to test our capabilities, but also honors our space. She will adjust postures only if we'd like her to. Her style of teaching definitely matches my speed, but also the various practice levels of my mates. I've received nothing but glowing feedback from them and how awesome they feel immediately after and the next day. Tracy comes 2x a week on average and I do all the coordinating. She's very professional and timely with her responses. She is also flexible and accommodating--my leaders travel often. I whole heartedly recommend her as part of a corp perk or corp wellness program. I put her through the ringer and she passed all the red tape with flying colors! Don't leave us ever! I had the privilege to take a small private group yoga class with Tracy from Explore Yoga. I have been practicing yoga consistently for about 4 months now, from my experience her teachings are of great quality. In my opinion your teacher is the most important part of your experience when taking a yoga class, their expertise and energy will either be out of tempo for you or help you get the most out or your practice. Tracy is a great teacher with a surmount amount of experience, she helps you flow through yoga with balance (pun intended) and challenges you to excel on your poses. Her clear instructions combined with her relax vibe assisted me to transcend into my yoga practice with ease. Grateful for being introduced to yoga via a corporate program, that is where I met and learned from Tracy. It was truly an uplifting experience for a novice like me, despite the typical newbie struggles. This worldly soul has a wonderful ability to relate to everyone. She deftly assesses how much you are willing to give into the process, at individual and group levels, and make real-time adjustments so that progress can be made and the time is well-spent. I have always ended class feeling spent and that it might have been too long... But I always look forward to the next one as I have consistently made personal progress and falling more and more in love with this healing and centering practice. Godspeed, Tracy! read more

The minute you meet Tracy, her warmth and genuine spirit shine through, making you instantly at peace. She is patient and kind, and I was hesitant to get back into practicing yoga after injuring my knee. She put me at ease and made sure that I was comfortable throughout our class and that if I needed modification she was there to adjust. I quickly felt all my nerves disappearing and Tracy guided us through different flows and postures that still pushed our bodies to grow and become stronger while instilling the confidence I needed in myself to get through it. She is an expert at her craft, but offers her help to everyone and was so encouraging throughout our session. After Tracy's class I felt truly healed and awakened by her kindness and energy. I have been dating my boyfriend for about two years now. Him and I went to speak to Tracy about our relationship. She was very easy going, relatable and that really help to make us both feel comfortable to open up. She spoke to us both together and then spoke to us privately separately. I'm not going to lie, I was pretty nervous about it. Not sure what he would say to her. But she was trying to dig deep to understand him, and us. She asked us questions that we both never really spoke about. She made us both think about what we wanted for ourselves and what we wanted out of each other. This open new questions about our future. I was scared because him and I have never had this conversation. I honest was afraid and thought we were going to break up. To my surprise after she spoke to him, we had a deep, long conversation about our relationship. He finally was not scared and told me he loved me, HE asked me what I wanted for the future, he told me what he wanted. I was so happy to see the change in him. He was able to be vulnerable and speak about his feelings and in turn I was no longer afraid to tell him how I felt about him. Since we started meeting Tracy on a regular basis, my boyfriend and I have been able to open up, we are in a much much better place, we dont just ignore problems, we discuss it. We have been talking about our future and I am happy to say we finally had a sense of direction of where the relationship was going and we are moving in together in about a month. Besides our relationship, Tracy has also helped me deal with my day to day life. Teaching me how to live happier, deal with issues in my life, teaching me how to meditate, live in the moment. She has helped me deal with past trauma in my life so I could move forward in my life and be happy. I have also went to her yoga class as well. My bf and I are beginners to yoga, her class was very upbeat and fun. She helped us with our yoga poses. We didn't feel left out trying to keep up with people who have been doing yoga for years. We def will be attending more of her yoga class as well as continue with Tracy's life coaching. Thanks Tracy!!! You are so beautiful inside and out and I'm so glad we found you! read more

Tracy's a down-to-earth and passionate instructor who cares immensely about her students and what she does; she is motivational and upbeat without taking away from the class and disrupting its flow. She carefully curates sessions around individual athletic history and targets your primary concerns both physically and spiritually, which makes every penny worth it. I remember describing my session as "relaxing, but energizing at the same time," which I think perfectly captures the experience with her instruction and guidance. I would 10/10 recommend her class for both beginners and experienced yogis! read more
