A product, for which I had purchased 2 years Plus-Garantie, had gone defective and were sent in for…read more"repair" twice. The first time being "repaired" took 6 weeks, and the second time took another 3 weeks (during which I was NOT notified my product was ready to pick up, and they sat at MediaMarkt for a total of 8 weeks). Both times when I picked up my device, I demonstrated to associates that it was still not working, and both times I was told to go home and charge it. After all of this time being "repaired" for the same, original problem, my Protection Program has expired and now MediaMarkt refuses to fix the problem.
