My husband works 15hr shifts 6 days a week and had trusted them to rebuild his transmission, yet…read morewhen we got it back we had other problems with it that it didn't have before, the bolts around the pan were not tightened all the way, a few were stripped, and he had to replace the gasket. So not only did he drop 3k on his truck for it to be fixed but we had it returned to us leaking transmission fluid and he had to find the time on his ONLY day off to fix it himself. Had we known this would have happened, we would have taken our services elsewhere. Not only did this happen but he and I had both taken the time to drop the transmission on our parts truck and had brought it to him, in case he would have to use that one in place of the old one, and he completely disassembled it using parts of it without us knowing to "fix" ours. My husband let it slide because what is a parts truck for right? Wrong, he had also told us he would hold onto the other transmission and rebuild that one for us for $300 if we wanted incase someone else would want to buy it off of us. When my husband had asked him to do so he said he didn't have all the parts to it anymore and would have to collect the scattered pieces that he dis have for us. Would not recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE--A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE…read more After Hurricane Ida, we had no choice but to bring our vehicle here, as most other mechanic shops were destroyed. We suspected transmission issues and had the money ready for repairs. We were patient, understanding the devastation the town had suffered. But months turned into years, and every time we called, we got a different excuse. After two years of waiting with no progress, we finally decided to tow the vehicle elsewhere. Even that became an ordeal--they had our truck buried behind a pile of other abandoned vehicles, all seemingly in the same situation. Repeated calls went unanswered or led to more excuses. This weekend, they finally told us we could come pick it up. But what we got back was a vehicle in far worse shape than when we left it. The paint is ruined from sitting in the sun for years. The tires are flat. The oil is likely sludge, and the gas is unusable. They never touched the transmission issue, and now it will cost far more to fix than when we first brought it in. And no, we no longer have the money to cover it. After seeing the sheer number of vehicles abandoned at this shop, it's clear we're not the only ones who have been strung along. Some might wonder why we don't file a lawsuit--but frankly, it's obvious that no money is going into this business. This place should not be operating. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration--take your vehicle anywhere else. I'm giving them one star only because zero isn't an option.

My wife brought her vehicle in to have the air conditioner fixed. Was told it was short on freon…read more They added 1 lb of freon. The ac fan was turned all the way up. Less than a week later brought the vehicle back in to fix the ac. They never check the ac temperature the first time because they couldn't find the thermometer. Now after bringing it back in the vehicle needs a compressor. If they would have checked the ac temperature they would have found the problem the first time. These people are just milking their customers. They don't follow easy rules to check out the problem. They are part changers not mechanics. I was just informed the rebuilt ac they wanted to install would fail quickly and using the old freon! I was able to get a new compressor for the same price as a rebuilt compressor. What a shame Goodyear wanted to pull the wool over an older woman's eyes! Watch out for Goodyears service tactics!
