These guys are life savers!…read more Once upon a time, I had a great accountant. Then she retired and I spent 2 years in accounting hell. I couldn't find anyone I could work with. Then I found Chris. I can't tell you how grateful I am that he now has my back. He truly understands all the little idiosyncrasies of my small business. He helps me navigate the more confusing aspects and offers great solutions I would never think of on my own. I can't recommend him highly enough.

A very polished and experienced member of the staff came out to do a presentation for our group…read more We were very impressed and decided to ask them to do a consultation for us on a project. We were looking forward to having experienced professional come by, but instead we were presented with very green individual. We had the impression that they were working hard, so perhaps they will deliver with sweat what they could not deliver with experience - at the very least we thought they would get help when it was needed. When they were done with what they needed at our site, they promised a report within a week. A week came and went, and we did not hear from them. Another couple weeks passed and the excuses started. Another few weeks and they finally sent a report that looked like it was thrown together with very little thought or relevance to our company. Eventually we called the regional rep and got some half-hearted results. This did not go as well as other similar engagement.

My only beef is that one of the sales agents - Lee Goodman - seemed very unreliable in my opinion. He wasn't able to provide a straight answer in most cases. The initial savings he quoted were GARGANTUAN. But then afterwards the savings were not as big as initially promised. DESPICABLE way of selling if you ask me. Luckily my biz partner did the math and found it compelling enough to proceed with Consolidated. Their service team more than made up for Goodman's shortcomings. And we did end up saving $$$$, but just not what he initially said we would. Plus they are just off of Camelback which made popping in no problem if there was an issue. All in all, they'd get 6 stars, just deal with a more competent sales agent. Otherwise I LOVE C-P-S!

It was good to meet somebody in person and it did not take too long either. I really love the way that they handle business, they provide a checklist on what exactly you will need to provide as well as they have a secure online portal where you are able to upload all of your documents therefore you do not have to go in in order to drop off any information that is needed to do your taxes. This makes it very convenient as you just scan everything in and upload it if they need anything else they will let you know. He is very on top of things and they provide a full breakdown on what they did with a copy of your tax return. They have fair pricing and I look forward to confirming to do business with him.
