The gal I spoke to knew nothing about the payroll portion and advised that I have someone else do it. Ms Egan was not available. Next I received an email about additional information they needed to complete my taxes. Several weeks later, after they'd had all of my documents for several months, got a call telling me pick everything up-they couldn't do it, with no explanation. Like I said, unprofessional. When I retrieved my documents there were sticky notes indicating calls, messages and emails stating that I'd never responded - complete fallacy. Worst place ever. If you are considering using these services I would advise against it.
