They no longer return phone calls or emails which makes running a business even more challenging. They provide dates to submit your return info online then extend you anyways despite meeting those deadlines and expect you to pay for the extensions even though you did your part correctly. They've missed some significant deductions the past few years and are generally not very thorough. There is a serious lack of professionalism and duty to their clients. I recommend utilizing another firm that is more engaged with their clients.

I have reported it to Yelp and will now be including it in our lawsuit as it is retaliatory, misleading, damaging, false as he was never our client and defamation/slander. Further defining his horrible tactics and bullying measures and lack of accountability! We hired and paid Jeremy to file an extension, prepare, and submit our taxes by the deadline. We finalized everything on time, paid our Arizona taxes in full on 10/15 as directed, and even tipped him -- trusting the job was done. Weeks later, we got hit with over $1,000 in IRS penalties, and Arizona fined us too. After calling the IRS, we learned our return wasn't filed until well after the deadline -- with zero notice. When confronted, he deflected, blamed unrelated things, and only admitted the truth after we pushed -- still without taking responsibility. It felt like he exploited our trust and tried to spin the situation to avoid owning his failure. This wasn't just a mistake. It was a complete disregard for responsibility and professionalism. Anyone who lies by omission and shifts blame shouldn't be handling anyone's taxes. We absolutely do not recommend him. Trust is everything, and he lost ours completely.

Robyn took one look, rolled up her sleeves, and worked tirelessly until that number dropped all the way down to $114. I left her a message on a Sunday, and by Monday at 3:30 I was sitting in her office. She stayed with me straight through until 8:30 that night, even during a monsoon storm outside, never once losing her patience or showing frustration, even though my file was a complete mess thanks to TurboTax. Yes, it cost me $850 to have her fix everything (on top of the $350 I had already wasted on TurboTax), but I would pay her fee a hundred times over before I'd ever give the IRS $7,300. Robyn is worth every penny. Her professionalism, dedication, and kindness blew me away. TurboTax will never advise you, correct you, or fight for you the way Robyn will. It was an expensive lesson, but one I'm glad I learned--because I've now found the person I trust with my taxes. I'll be filing my 2014 return with her next week, and I know I'll be in good hands. After weeks of not hearing anything from them, with quarterly payroll deadline looming I contacted them. The gal I spoke to knew nothing about the payroll portion and advised that I have someone else do it. Ms Egan was not available. Next I received an email about additional information they needed to complete my taxes. Several weeks later, after they'd had all of my documents for several months, got a call telling me pick everything up-they couldn't do it, with no explanation. Like I said, unprofessional. When I retrieved my documents there were sticky notes indicating calls, messages and emails stating that I'd never responded - complete fallacy. Worst place ever. If you are considering using these services I would advise against it.
