Unprofessional. Spoke directly to Ms Egan about my taxes and payroll before dropping all of my documents off to have my taxes done. Spoke to her at length and it seemed a good fit. After weeks of not hearing anything from them, with quarterly payroll deadline looming I contacted them. The gal I spoke to knew nothing about the payroll portion and advised that I have someone else do it. Ms Egan was not available. Next I received an email about additional information they needed to complete my taxes. Several weeks later, after they'd had all of my documents for several months, got a call telling me pick everything up-they couldn't do it, with no explanation. Like I said, unprofessional. When I retrieved my documents there were sticky notes indicating calls, messages and emails stating that I'd never responded - complete fallacy. Worst place ever. If you are considering using these services I would advise against it. read more

If I could give this CPA's business' a zero that would be right on the money! Charged too much for incompetent work and the poor "customer service" that leaves a lot to be desired. For someone who claims she is an experienced CPA she made a lot of rookie mistakes on my Tax Returns. She is impossible to talk to because she gets defensive and starts name calling. People that are on the losing end of a discussion start "name calling" to distract from the topic at hand. It's embarrassing; She is ridiculous! She takes NO responsibility for her lack of knowledge and ineffectiveness in her ability to prepare Tax Returns. If you like giving away your money away, then use this CPA business. She will take your money and then some depending on how many mistakes she makes and will forward the costs of her mistakes off to you, as her customers. read more

What a breath of fresh air! Kathleen and her team are not only professionals, but are saving me thousands of dollars on my tax accounting. Friendly and fast! I was paying $3,000 with my last Accountant, and Kathleen charged $825.00 and finished my business and personal taxes in 2 days!!!!! I'm telling every customer that walks through my Automobile repair shop about her! I'm even having her start to do my business payroll. I was with ADP for 25 years at $100.00 a week to process my payroll. Kathy is doing it for $150.00 per month! My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner. I went to this company because she was recommended from a co -worker.I have been doing with them since 2014 when I got divorce and I didn't have an accountant to do my taxes. Every single year I have provided all the information the have requested. I used to meet with Kathy and go over every single change, court papers , medical expenses EVERYTHING organized in envelopes and dividers TRUSTING that they will submit all the information to the IRS. Only to find out that was not the case when I received a letter from the IRS stating i was being audit for 2016 taxes for some alimony money I " Omitted "or supposedly didn't report when that was NOT the case . When I called the office Pam one of the girls explained to me that I need it to respond to the letter and paid a substantial amount of money to the IRS because it was not on my documents when I clearly did informed them and they had my court papers with the details of child support and alimony that i was receiving. I paid every single year for their fees believing they were being accurately taking care of my case and as a certified CPA they were representing me but they didn't . How can they not be hold accountable ??? After I trusting them and not only that, I understand people can make mistakes but clean your hands and not helping your clients after you know it was your mistake is NOT acceptable . I will NEVER used them again and I HOPE who reads this review understand the very serious issues they can get if they use their services . See yourselves in my shoes .I have to deal with IRS now without knowing Nothing about it and have to pay fees after I already pay a certified CPA $ 410.00 every year to do my taxes incorrectly and I am single mom providing for 2 kids and helping my parents . Money that I can't afford to just pay. PS: The one Star is because Yelp forced me to actually grade it but if it was up to me this company deserves NO STAR AT ALL. This year was the first and last time I will pay to have my taxes filed. Kathy uses a computer program to file and and was unable to accurately complete my return despite providing her with an organized envelope containing all of my tax paperwork. I made her redo both my federal and state taxes because she neglected to add in donations and interest paid on my mortgage.....included in the paperwork provided to her! These errors would have cost me 50% of the money due to me on EACH return. To add insult to injury, both my husband and I made it abundantly clear that I had to have my taxes filed by a certain date for my student loan IBR payment recertification. My taxes were completed and signed prior to this date; however, she failed to submit my paperwork until 3 weeks later. She doesn't even deserve 1 star, but that is the only way to submit this this review. read more
