But he had problems and couldn't figure out how to wire the fan controllers to the wall switches. We thought everything was set up fine and the electrician left. A few minutes later we went to turn them on and they were not correct, I immediately put in a call and two electricians returned the next day to fix the problem at no charge. The fans are working great! We would definitely use them again should we run into another interesting electrical issue.

They work so hard and finished all the bedrooms (4) in a beautiful LVP that I supplied. The second time was spring 2023 and they did my kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, and dining room. There were a few issues and Tanya had Charlton come to evaluate. He determined there were issues with the install and had the crew return immediately and correct the issues. The finished floor was perfect. My third time using them was last month. Chris the GM came out measured and looked at my existing flooring that was added in my new dining room and office. (I was trying to match that floor, but the old owner could not remember who the maker was and the company he used to install is now out of business). Chris looked at my floor and said he was very sure he had a floor at his store that was very close. I told him I would go look. I met Amy in the store and told her Chris thought the Inovation line had a floor very similar. I went through the samples and he was right. I took a sample home and layer it on top of my floor and Bingo, that floor was perfect. Amy gave me the price and it was much better than any other quote we got from other flooring companies in the area. And most of all the other flooring companies material wasn't even close to what we were trying to match. But, All Floors and more product was so perfect and so was the price. They came last week and installed. The floors are so beautiful! Manual the installer was very professional and laid the floor perfectly. He was Very clean and respectful of my home and property. I would highly recommend All Floors and More for any of your flooring needs, or kitchen and bath remodels. My next project will be my kitchen counters. As three-time repeat customers, we trusted them based on our previous experiences and never expected this level of poor workmanship, excuses, and complete lack of customer service. From the beginning, this project was filled with delays and mismanagement. We dealt with weeks of pushed-back timelines and excuse after excuse -- flooring that was "forgotten" and never ordered, workers being unavailable, and even our scheduled installation date apparently being forgotten. The lack of organization and communication was shocking. But the delays were nothing compared to the quality of the work. The stair tread replacement was absolutely unacceptable. The treads were uneven, the corners were poorly finished and not properly mitered, and the overall craftsmanship was nowhere near what anyone should expect from a professional flooring company. They also were extremely rough with the removal of the exisiting floor and damaged numerous baseboards, door frames, and walls. Our biggest mistake was trusting their word and paying in full after being promised they would make things right. Once they had our money, the urgency disappeared. Instead of ordering the correct wood to match the flooring, they attempted to piece together mismatched boards and pass that off as an acceptable solution. When we refused to accept a patchwork repair, we were told the owner would personally look into other options. That was the last we heard from them. No follow-up. No solution. No accountability. We finally hired another company to tear out their work and start over. What they found was unbelievable -- pieces of CARDBOARD had been shoved and glued underneath the stairs as part of the installation. Cardboard. Under professionally installed stair treads. Our new contractor was able to install level, properly finished treads on the exact same existing structure, but only after spending hours scraping away the excessive adhesive, rubber, and cardboard left behind. After being loyal customers and trusting this company with multiple projects, this experience was incredibly frustrating. The most disappointing part was not just the poor workmanship -- mistakes happen. It was the unwillingness to take responsibility, communicate, or stand behind their own work. Please learn from our mistake: do not pay in full until every detail is completed and inspected. A company's true character is not shown when everything goes right -- it is shown by how they respond when something goes wrong.

I requested a quote for adding drywall to my garage. Nathanial was very good communicating via email, phone, and text throughout the entire process. He also came to my house to provide a more accurate estimate, and noted several items I needed to address so the Sheetrock could be installed (wires, nails on the face of the studs). Nathanial showed up on time, finished the job quickly, and cleaned up well afterwards. Most impressively, when the job was complete, he gave me a refund because he didn't use as much material as originally quoted. Talk about honesty and integrity!

Brief story, I belong to an HOA and let's say, they are very straight stick and hard to deal with. I sent many contractors to take care of some issues regarding my property, mostly exterior cosmetic. Each time the contractor completed the work, I received a call from the HOA, as I am out of town and they complained that the work was not done to their standards. This went on for a few weeks until I found Mitch (a Godsend). He was thorough and honest and explained in detail what he can and cannot do. I want to recommend A-pros to anyone who needs electrical work. I needed to have my 1946 bungalow…read morefully rewired. It still had the old tube and knob wiring and due to this, I could not get insulation installed because that would be a fire hazard. I had three companies come out to bid the job. A-pros were priced in the middle but they offered the best warranty out of the three and one of the companies didn't even plan to pull a city permit. Rene knew exactly what was needed to bring the house up to code. I provided them a list of the existing electrical and the items I wanted changed or added. They followed my list of requests and came with innovative solutions for many of the requests. One example would be the lighting added to my closets. They used can LED lights with motion sensors to avoid open element lights with cords or switches. They were able to use the electric panel I had replaced several years ago and did not try to make me replace it when it was not necessary. The whole job took two weeks to complete with a couple of short trips to finish up items like putting the outdoor lighting wires into conduit and installing dusk-to-dawn lights in the backyard that were on backorder. Every night Rene asked if I had any questions or concerns. Any concerns or questions were always addressed. The whole team was very professional and courteous. They were onsite when the city inspector came out and the job passed inspection on the first pass. They put a lot of work into this job and I appreciate a job well done. I know if I have any electrical issues in the future or need additional work, A-pros will be my only call. Thanks!
