Claim submitted on a Friday, windshield replaced (first time) on following Monday. Safelite came to my house which was convenient! Joshua was very, very polite and professional. My wife dealt with him while I was at work. It was very hot and sunny that day. I came home to find a gap between the factory plastic and the bottom of the windshield. I contacted Josh and he was very quick to come out the next morning and try to fix the gap. While trying to do so he splintered the edge of the windshield. He was very apologetic and offered to repair or replace the whole thing. I obviously opted to repair it to factory. I asked for an OEM replacement, he asked his boss who quickly said no way. I guess Progressive only wants to pay for a cheaper, substitute? Either way, Josh apologized and set up a new replacement time. Fast-forward to today (Friday), I was off work and Domineck contacted me to say he was on his way. In my driveway on a 70 degree, cloudy morning, Dom was able to cleanly remove the 1st replacement windshield, install the 2nd, properly install plastic FORD hardware, clean around the windshield, reinstall the front-facing camera/rain sensor/auto-dim accessories, and provide friendly conversation while doing so! The accessories were difficult to snap back into place but that is no fault of Dom's. That's just a modern product not being user friendly. All in all, both guys were a pleasure to work with. Dom was just more experienced and patient, I guess. Josh had a hot, rushed afternoon working against him. No harm, no foul. All's well that ends well. I haven't checked the lane-assist or auto-dim sensor but I'm sure it's fine considering how little it is affected by the glass itself.

Mariana was able to take my VIN # to check the specifications of my windshield/car and get me in the following week. I was given the option to go to the office or do on-site service. I chose to go to the office. They pulled my car in and got right to work. The staff was friendly, and professional, and provided excellent work. They filed everything with my insurance, so I didn't have to do anything but pay my deductible. I would recommend them for all your windshield needs.

We had them put window tint on our vehicle. We've had tint put on another vehicle in the past from a dealer in Florida who did very good, but Sound Performance managed to outdo them! We were very impressed with the care they took protecting our vehicle as they worked on it and when they were done, the only evidence they had been in the suv was the tint on the windows. I simply told him that if it was such a horrible issue then how come he didn't call me to see if he could offer me a cleaning service or to reschedule to another time when I can bring it back in a better condition. Also, I don't have pets in my car so it really wasn't covered in pet hair. After 3 years, my driver window tint started peeling and I had to spend $75 to get it replaced. I went to sound performance and they took really good care of me and even provided me a shuttle ride to take me to and from my office. They were the sweetest and I'll continue to take my business to where it's appreciated.

It may just be a fluke because there is a ton of great feedback about them out here but my experience was not what I expected and would not use them in the future.

Both of the employees told me something completely different, so we all got together to clarify. I am an engineer in town and the manager at this location was talking to me like I was completely incompetent. The people here are unhappy and disrespectful. The manager was also micromanaging the receptionist both times I was at the location. I left and went to Joe Machens Ford and the experience was much better. They also got me in sooner and did whatever they could to help. I would not recommend Schafer Autobody on Creasy Springs!
