I went to Temple Health where they addressed my voice problem. In addition, Dr. Bradeisky's office mannerisms were terrible to my wife and myself. I told them about my allergies affecting my nose and eyes sometimes, but was just there to address my nose. When I went to the pharmacy, they had ordered $90 eye drops for pink eye in addition to the nose drops. I rejected the eye drops telling them I didn't have pink eye. That was the first red flag. Then I went for my follow up and said the nose drops had seemed to help a bit, but it wasn't until this second appointment that they wanted to do a closer examination into my nose. Should have done that on the first visit, but ok fine. Little did I know the device they used to look at my nose which last no more than 5 minutes would cost $670 and my insurance didn't even cover half of it. They did not explain that this examination would be an additional charge and all it did was confirm what I already knew that I had blockage in one nostril. I don't plan to go back as they were very unhelpful and don't seem concerned with actually addressing patient's issues and more concerned with just charging for medicine and examinations.

After much research I had a consultation with Dr. Sparano and I knew immediately he was my guy (I did visit others but I was not impressed). Dr. Sparano gives you a great sense of being a caring individual right off the bat. He speaks to you with honesty as if he was giving advice to a member of his own family. He could teach many others about how to perfect great bedside manners. I had a lower blepharoplasty and chin lipo one week ago and I could not be any happier with the results thus far. I couldn't go without mentioning how beautiful his office is and wonderful each and every member of his office staff is. The appointments always run as scheduled and Dr. Sparano does not rush you and is willing to sit and answer any questions you may have. I have and will continue to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Sparano to anyone who is looking to have any facial procedures and want absolute perfection.

He later recommended a second surgery to correct the issue, this time billing the insurance to cover the costs. However, the surgery also failed . My son has allergies and still can't breathe well, so I took him to another doctor who ordered X Rays. The images clearly show that his septum is still deviated .The new doctor advised against any further surgeries since my son has already undergone four failed procedures on his nose, and additional operations are not recommended . Having a cosmetic procedure which is not cheap and not getting the results you were promised is very disappointing .

I experienced a postoperative staph infection while under the care of Dr. Glicksman, which went…read moreuntreated for two weeks and ultimately necessitated three additional surgeries within the following 12 months. Additionally, a different size implant than the one I consented to was used during the initial surgery. My preoperative intravenous antibiotics were halted shortly after administration due to an allergic reaction. Despite my inquiries to Dr. Glicksman and her nursing staff regarding which intravenous antibiotic would be administered next, medical records indicate that I was never restarted on antibiotics prior to the initial surgery. Three days postoperative, I began to experience symptoms of infection including increased swelling and pain. Even after repeatedly emailing Dr. Glicksman about my worsening symptoms, I wasn't seen in person until eight days postoperative. By then, my symptoms included swelling, pain, body aches, and fever. Dr. Glicksman failed to diagnose the infection and repeatedly expressed disbelief that I had one. Nine days postoperative, I requested for her to prescribe antibiotics but the antibiotics she prescribed did not treat the staph infection. Fourteen days postoperative, due to my insistence, she agreed to perform a second "exploratory" surgery to investigate the cause of my worsening symptoms. By then, the infection had spread to my incision, causing visible cellulitis, and one of my implants had to be removed. Culture results later confirmed that I was suffering from a staph infection. Two days after the second surgery, I went to the ER due to shortness of breath and to seek a second opinion. The following day, Dr. Glicksman received the lab results from the second surgery; however, she declined to prescribe the necessary antibiotics to treat the staph infection, suggesting instead that I consult an allergist and an infectious disease specialist before she would prescribe them. Due to ongoing concern, I immediately sought treatment at the emergency room, where I was promptly started on the appropriate medication for the staph infection. During a Zoom appointment seven days after the second surgery and implant removal, Dr. Glicksman instructed me to cut my own surgical sutures and terminated our treatment relationship, stating that she could not continue with me "running off to the ER," which to me felt like patient abandonment. The experience of losing a breast implant, enduring a staph infection for two weeks, and undergoing repeated revision surgeries has significantly impacted my physical well-being, emotional state, and financial stability. I tried to resolve this issue directly with Dr. Glicksman by requesting a refund for the two surgeries she performed, but my request was denied. I intended to use the funds to help cover the costs of the two additional surgeries necessitated by the infection. Her lack of accountability and compassion throughout this traumatic experience has been incredibly disheartening. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others considering her services.

I recently got Zeltiq CoolSculpting treatments on both of my love handles a few months ago…read more Immediately after the treatment was complete, I noticed that the redness/soreness/numbness was ABOVE my left love handle, rather than directly on it. I told the technician Jackie that I believed she may have made a mistake and went too high on the one side. She told me not to worry and to give it the full 90 days and that she was positive I would achieve the desired results by then. 30 days later, I started to notice my love handles were becoming uneven. The right love handle was becoming smaller while, lo and behold, the left side remained unchanged. I emailed her explaining my concern and disappointment that I spent $1,400 of my hard earned money on my left love handle, only to have the wrong area treated. Again, she assured me that it would even out after 90 days. 60 days after the treatment passed, it got even more uneven. Friends and family began noticing my disfigurement when I would take off my shirt by the pool. 90 days passed after the treatment, it was time to go back in to get my "before and after" pictures taken. I told her that I was extremely upset and that I couldn't believe how much money I wasted on my left love handle. She apologized and told me there was a protocol to file a claim with Zeltiq. She just got back to me this morning and told me there was nothing Zeltiq could do for me and that her boss would not refund me my money. I am beyond livid and absolutely disgusted by the greed displayed by Bella Derma. They had no empathy and refused to take responsibility for their mistake and now I will be forced to pay hundreds more to fix their mess someplace else. If you want CoolSculpting done right, go someplace else!
