I started going here bc I had a groupon for laser hair removal. I can't say that I had the greatest luck with the laser hair removal and I am fair skinned with nearly black hair. I did all of my treatments, they were performed by Lee and she is very sweet. I did have pretty significant hair reduction but not quite as good as the results as other places with a different type of laser. However, I have NEVER felt like I was treated any less bc I used a groupon. Since I started going there, and bc it is over an hour drive for me, I started doing botox and fillers to make the drive worthwhile. Based on every conversation I have had with other people, laser & aesthetic medical center offers the best prices. Not only that, but Dr. Singhvi does an amazing job! He takes his time every time I go in there and studies my face to make sure he does what needs to be done with the amount of product he has to work with. He knows I'm on a budget and I only come in when there are specials and that doesn't matter to him. He absolutely gives me the best results with whatever amount he has to work with and he does not make me feel pressured to purchase anything else. I hope if someone reads this and is on the fence, please take the word of someone who has gone here repeatedly, who may have not had the most stellar results in the beginning, but will NOT go anywhere else for botox and filler.

I originally made an appointment at Allure for a hydrafacial, and when Dr. Kogan noticed my vessels, she asked if I wanted to do some treatments to take care of them. She discussed options with me and we came up with a basic plan of action, which would be two laser treatments and the hydrafacial I originally came for. After the first laser treatment, the vessels on my face were all but gone completely! I just had a slight one on my chin. After the second treatment, that one disappeared along with some other brown and purplish marks. I'm thrilled at the results and will be returning to Allure and Dr. Kogan to take care of all my skin needs!

I went to this injector with concerns about possible filler migration in my lips. I was told everything looked normal and that there was no migration. Trusting that professional opinion, I left things alone -- but deep down, something didn't feel right. I eventually went to a different injector for a second opinion, and she immediately identified significant filler migration, not just in my lips but extending around my mouth. It was so extensive that I had to have all the filler dissolved. What was even more concerning was that the second injector told me that my lip anatomy was not well-suited for the amount of filler that was originally used -- and that I should have never been injected with that much in the first place. For context, it was only one syringe, but even that was too much for my natural structure. She said a more experienced or ethical injector would have advised me to start with less, or not inject at all. I wish the original injector had been honest and taken a more conservative approach instead of brushing off my concerns and pretending everything looked fine. Transparency, education, and good judgment are key qualities in a medical aesthetic provider -- and unfortunately, I didn't experience that here. After the dissolver was injected, my lips became extremely swollen -- a common reaction only when filler is present. If there had been no filler, my lips would not have reacted this way. During one of my sessions, I was severely burned in a specific area, which was very painful. The injury made me lose trust in the amount of safety I had during treatments. I am unsure still why it occurred because I was told that the puss open wound, was due to a hair that was ingrown and became infected... which I quickly learned was not what was going on. In addition, I felt uncomfortable with the staffing of technicians situation. While many other females worked there, there was only one laser technician available, and he was male. He performs Brazilian laser hair removal on female clients, but when I checked the website after a few treatments and curiosity, did not offer the same service to male clients, which in hindsight sight felt unprofessional and inappropriate to me being that if a female wants a Brazilian, she has no choice but to have a male technician. An hour before my appointments, I applied numbing cream on my bikini line and my entire Brazilian area with plastic wrap over the areas. At the beginning of my appointment, he wiped my numbing cream off from my Brazilian area very invasively without even asking if I was okay with that or giving me the option if I could wipe it myself before the lasering. The reason could be so he removes all of the product off completely before lasering, but with ONLY a male tech available and as a female patient who is basically blindfolded being touched in that vulnerable way, I should have 100% been given more options for my comfort. I was asked to remove my bra while wearing a medical gown that opens in the front. The laser treatment was only for my underarms, and the area was fully accessible through the sides/sleeves of the gown. There was no medical reason for me to remove my bra. As a result, my chest was exposed, which made me feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable. This situation felt completely unnecessary, and it could have been easily avoided. Between the physical injury and the discomfort surrounding the treatment environment, I chose not to return again. I would strongly encourage others considering this spa to think about your comfortability levels when getting vulnerable areas lasered by a male technician, to ask detailed questions about safety protocols, and how client comfort is prioritized before making an appointment.

I am writing regarding the treatment package I purchased for approximately $5,000, which included…read more12 sessions and 6 B12 shots. At the time of my consultation, I was informed that I was an ideal candidate for the treatment and was led to believe I would achieve noticeable and meaningful results. I also felt pressured to apply for financing immediately during the consultation process. I completed all treatment sessions; however, I only received 5 of the 6 B12 shots included in my package because I was advised that one injection was unavailable due to back order. During my very first session, Avril approached me and attempted to sell me additional diet pills for an added cost of approximately $500. I declined because I do not take diet medications and was already working with a nutritionist to ensure I was losing weight in a healthy and appropriate manner. I had also made significant lifestyle changes, including drinking plenty of water and eliminating sugar from my diet since January. Based on the assurances provided by your staff, I was told I would be very pleased with the results of this program. Unfortunately, despite fully completing the program and following the guidance provided, I experienced minimal results. When I expressed my concerns, I was given multiple explanations as to why the treatment may not have worked in my case. I was also informed that additional sessions might be scheduled because the treatment "really didn't work." At this point, I am requesting that your office provide a fair and reasonable resolution, including reimbursement or a partial refund for services that did not produce the represented results, as well as compensation or credit for the missing B12 shot. I also strongly encourage your office to carefully reconsider the representations and promises being made to prospective clients regarding expected outcomes. My experience did not align with what was presented during the consultation process. It's false advertisement or lack of doing the job right. I do not recommend them to anyone.
