I told her no, that I had been there before yet she wouldn't believe me, asked me if I had the wrong location and then finally realized that it had been a few years and that they didn't transfer my profile over. From there, I was standing at the front desk, waiting for forms to fill out, watching her print out documents and clicking on her computer, but she continue to ignore me. After five minutes, I just took a seat, as I figured that I didn't need to do anything. It would've been nice for her to let me know that I could sit instead of standing there. Eventually, I was taken into a back room where I was asked again if this was my first visit. It had been several years since I had been to the office, so the tech suggested Kim evaluate me before moving forward. I agreed. She took a few pictures and then proceeded to walk a few steps behind me and make work phone calls. I find it odd for techs to be making Work phone calls in the same room as a waiting patient. Eventually, she walked out the back door and I was left sitting in a room that had to have been about 75 to 78° in temperature. I'm not sure if their air-conditioning was working, but it was boiling hot in the office. By 12:20 pm I had had enough, and decided that this was definitely not the atmosphere I wanted to get any sort of aesthetic procedure done. I walked past the room where Kim was sitting with a patient chatting and told her that I was leaving. She followed me out of the office to apologize for my experience and let me know that she had lost a friend to a car accident and she was discussing that with her longtime patient. While I have sympathy for her loss, I don't have time in my work schedule to accommodate for her personal life. There is a time and a place for these conversations. I needed to get back to work for a business meeting and there was no consideration in her mind for that, which is why I will not be returning to this practice.

I originally made an appointment at Allure for a hydrafacial, and when Dr. Kogan noticed my vessels, she asked if I wanted to do some treatments to take care of them. She discussed options with me and we came up with a basic plan of action, which would be two laser treatments and the hydrafacial I originally came for. After the first laser treatment, the vessels on my face were all but gone completely! I just had a slight one on my chin. After the second treatment, that one disappeared along with some other brown and purplish marks. I'm thrilled at the results and will be returning to Allure and Dr. Kogan to take care of all my skin needs!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the repeated appointment…read morecancellations and scheduling issues I continue to experience. Once again, my appointment scheduled for 05/16/26 at 9am has been canceled due to the store being closed. This is especially concerning because, at the time of scheduling, I specifically confirmed twice whether the location would be open on Saturday. I was clearly assured that the store would be operating and that the appointment was confirmed without issue. After waiting for this appointment, I am now being informed that the next available option is after June 15 due to lack of availability in May. This is not an acceptable outcome, particularly given that this is not the first time this type of issue has occurred. As we have previously discussed, the reason I schedule appointments well in advance is to avoid exactly these kinds of disruptions. Unfortunately, despite prior conversations regarding these concerns, the same problems continue to happen repeatedly without improvement. Additionally, the cancellation list is not a practical solution for me. I maintain a full work schedule and cannot reasonably adjust my professional responsibilities around unpredictable last-minute openings. At this point, the repeated cancellations, misinformation regarding store availability, ongoing scheduling failures, and the resulting stress and loss of time have become extremely frustrating and unacceptable from a customer experience standpoint. Due to the ongoing inconvenience and repeated disruptions, I am formally requesting a refund or canceling my account with Milan Laser. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed seriously and addressed appropriately.

They even offer water, razors if you don't get a chance to shave before you come, aloe for after, deodorant, and so many other essentials in the room. If you're thinking about taking the plunge and getting laser, do it! It's so so so worth it and the time it's saved me from not having to shave/wax all the time is life changing. Also if you get Brazilian waxes, get the laser! It hurts less, lasts basically forever, and you'll be paying basically the same amount.
