I asked the desk if my massage was still on the young woman at the desk told me the therapist was behind and to wait. At 420 my therapist came out to get me and walked me back to the massage room where she informed me she needed to wear gloves to do the massage or I could cancel. I agreed to continue as I wanted a massage. It was a weird feeling afterwards I tipped then stopped by the desk to let them know the communication about the tardiness and rubber glove massage was awful. They told me they would discuss with the manager and she would get back to me. It's been two months with no contact, no apology no interaction to address this.
