When we went to buy a new dishwasher a year ago, we mentioned not being happy with a refrigerator that we bought there, but was out of warranty. They said that was unacceptable and took it upon themselves to get the manufacturer to make it right. We got a brand new one as a result. The latest bit of praise is that I messed up a setting on the microwave I got there a while back and Steve, spent 45 minutes with me in the phone trying to fix it. When we had no luck , he emailed me my receipt, which I lost and set up a service call for me. This people is why I go to this store and not a big box. Service is everything when you need help with an expensive item.

Spoke with both Rebecca and Holden by phone for scheduling and worked with the tech Trevor, for repair work. Trevor made several trips, and for (I think around $300.00) the washer was back up and running. Took less than a week for a new computer board but everything was explained to me well. I wasn't entirely pleased at the cost of just the service call (~$100) but realized that it takes into account the knowledge of the tech and the rising costs of everything. The gentleman called to let me know he'd be at my home in about 20 minutes, and was early into my two-hour block of time. Thankfully the issue was able to be fixed on the spot and the tech had all the parts needed. The final price was very reasonable and I will gladly call this company again if needed.

I received emails and texts stating when to expect the technician. Technician diagnosed the problem and had it working in about 45 minutes. Ice block in the supply line to the ice cube tray. Asked if there is a way to prevent this in the future. He stated maybe a problem Frigidaire needs to address in the design of the ice maker. My concern is this was the second time someone has addressed this problem. We'll see what happens.
