Our server very clearly stated that we could forego our bottle of champagne and fruit plate and instead have €80 deducted -- I stress, DEDUCTED -- from the bill. We didn't want to drink, so we gladly accepted this option. I did order lunch. I ordered tuna which the server assured me was served raw. It arrived cooked and drowning in a heavy white sauce. Disappointed, I at least tried to enjoy it so as not to waste it, but it wasn't even good. Our server then avoided us like the plague. I deduced that he didn't want to deal with the problem since he could tell I didn't like it. We were ignored for what felt like ages. Fast forward, someone who seemed managerial came over and apologized, offered to remove it from the bill and even bring the bill over for us because we needed to leave. But then he totally ghosted us and never came back. So we got up and went to the cashier, and this is where things really upset me. I learned that I wasn't having €80 deducted at all; it was just a credit I was expected to spend in food/bev. Honestly, that makes sense to me. It's reasonable. But that's the opposite of what our server told us, and now we were leaving. Having wasted 80 bucks. Never recommending this place. Overhyped and overpriced. But definitely come if you want $30 guacamole and $22 fries.
