    Bone-in tenderloin
    Pipoca C.

Back again! Third Sunday I've spent at Blue Marlin this past month, but first time eating lunch (I ate at their neighboring Yemanja last Sunday). I was looking to diversify my food tasting this time around since I had their sushi in 2013 and their bone-in filet last summer (2015). But I got talked into a bone-in tenderloin (450g) and I can't complain! Again, service was great and attentive, I was allowed to dine on a Sunday -- their most popular day! --- without a reservation, and the food recommendations were on point. The music, scene, and vibe are top-notch, which almost doesn't deserve mention anymore. Bonus points, some of the staff remembered me from last year. Does that make me a regular? :)

Hello Paradise! Yes this place is pretentious and everyone is über beautiful, but do you know what? Suck it up, Go with it, own it girlfriend! This place is deliciously hot. Yes it's pricey, but when do you ever stumble across places like this? Moët beds on a beautiful beach, decadent cocktails, gorgeous people everywhere, sexy music drifting about, it's an experience everyone should get the pleasure of experiencing. Didn't try any of the food and mainly went there in the daytime but woah, I'll never forget it. The surroundings are stunning.

Called a day ahead to make lunch reservations. The restaurant is on the water, with cabanas lining the water. As soon as you sit down, they bring you delicious olives and allow you to choose from a variety of 3 breads, which they also provide an aioli for. Our waiter recommended Dani's Passion for a drink, which was a watermelon drink and very refreshing. We then shared the octopus as an appetizer and ordered 3 sushi rolls. The octopus can pre sliced and had a gelatinous texture on the outside. I ordered a salmon avocado roll, while my boyfriend ordered the black tuna roll and a Waygu roll for us to share. My roll was good, but the cut of salmon in it had a tough white line running through it. I was hungry, so I ate it although it would have been much more enjoyable without having to gnaw through it. The black tuna roll was just ok, with a very minute cut of tuna. We ordered another round of the watermelon drink and sat and enjoyed the views before leaving. At only 6 pieces per roll, they were overpriced for the value, but overall it was a good experience.

By far the best burger I've ever had in my entire life. Wagyu burger was on point and the octopus was 100% grilled to perfection. Brunch is from 10-12 but we sat at 12 for lunch. Waitress says it starts picking up around 6pm.

Beautiful beach setting at Blue Marlin. Good food and worth going too. Cool place. Special setting, very hipster!

Legendary place where Ibiza's who's who meet. It's expensive, crowded (Specially on Sundays) but the ambiance is great and the food good.

We came here for the sunset, a gre-game before Pacha and to get up close to the DJ. On a busy night, there could be a wait to get a table outside. What I love about this place is that it's also family friendly. I saw a family of three generations (baby, mom and grandma) enjoy a dinner here which I thought was pretty cool. It was fun to strike up conversations with tables next to us and find out what their plans for the night was. In my opinion, Cafe Mambo is one of the best ways to start a long night in Ibiza. Coming from Los Angeles and Vegas where security at lounges and nightclubs are always power-tripping and getting into people's faces due to craziness control, it was nice to be around a well-behaved group of people and no one overprotecting the talent. I miss this place a lot. Can't wait to go back!

Just know that drinks are on the pricier side, as you're also paying for the location, ambience, and music.

You have to book a reservation in advance and they are pretty strict about this. We booked a table for 5 people but had a friend wanted to join us at the last minute, it took a lot of convincing to get him into the table. When you first walk into the door, they lead you backstage to see where all the performers are getting ready for the show. It's my first time seeing a circus show backstage like that. They give you little snacks and drinks as they walk you through the tour. I remember they gave me a ticket, similar to the old school ones you get at the fair, then asked me to eat it at the end. Turned out it was made of potato chip. Very interesting!!!! Then once you get to the top level, everyone get a rose. At the table, they will slowly bring out all these small dishes and appetizers. There were so many, I couldn't remember everything but they were delicious and unique. After you are done with all of those small dishes, you will be move to the main room, downstairs have start having the main courses there while watching the show. I believe, the owner of Cirque de Soleil helped create this restaurant so the show here is pretty similar to Cirque de Soleil. The experience was epic, they have 2 stages, one for the acrobatic acts and one for the singers. The singers and dancers also will come around to all the tables. Everyone just got so into the show, they started to get up and dance. It's not a short dinner, plan to spend the whole evening here. The show didn't end until midnight. Then they have a night club there afterward so you can stay and have fun with the DJ.

I walked right in at 11:30 on a June Thursday and was able to wiggle up to the performer's area. This review is only for the CLUB. I went to see Camelphat at Pacha in July of 2023…read more Online, Pacha boasts about having 5 different rooms with different atmospheres. This is NOT correct. There is only one room with a dj playing and production. There are some smaller "rooms" that are basically foyers into the main room with bars. This was super misleading to me when I read it online. There is one entrance into the main room and it is a massive bottleneck. The crowd overflows from the main room onto the stairs and in the hallway. Getting through there is next to impossible, but if you manage to make your way through the angry people blocking the entrance, there is usually more room up in the crowd. But the bottleneck getting through there is so bad that it is scary. There is also only one bathroom, which is back in the main entry foyer. You have to wait in a super long line since there are way too many people for the number of stalls. That all being said, Pacha's sound system was unreal. I think they have the best sound system on the island. If you can manage to make it to a stairwell and get upstairs, the balcony view is the perfect way to hide from the crowds. You won't get a straight on view of the DJ, but I think it's worth it. There is also room to sit up there! There is a lot of seating areas around in the other "rooms", but you wouldn't be able to see the production or DJ. I surprisingly don't even think they oversell the club, because there is plenty of room in certain places. They just need to use security to keep the egress areas clear. I would recommend getting in early and getting up onto the dance floor so that you can stay there all night and won't have to travel through the main entrance once it is packed. Other than these few issues, I think that Pacha is a great club and deserves to be checked out!

It was certainly a combined experience. Here goes to the story: We went to the restaurant at about 10 pm, and dressed like an average person; a bit underdress actually. The restaurant was still full. The waitress was friendly and was willing to fit us in within 15 mins. They placed us at the club area (basically the outdoor sitting area). It was quite empty, but I was happy with the warm fireplace and the couch! We ordered a glass of wine, skinny cocktail, and a cucumber km5 ( Vodka based). It cost about 15 euros per drink; I guess it could easily happen in Ibiza. Drinks themselves are okay; was nothing especial about it. We were hungry and had skipped the lunch, so we were drinking extremely slow like a turtle running, all of our glasses have about 80% of the drink still. Then we were called to be seated after waiting almost 30 mins ( I was getting tired, but was too hungry to leave). The waitress has informed another guy to take our drinks with us, but he was too busy flirting with other ladies, so he just responded that he would bring it to us later. ( which I think it's too unprofessional). We started to order the food, but our drinks were still missing. I asked the other waitress to check for our drinks. She came back and told us that the glasses had been thrown away because there was a misunderstanding with the bar and us. ( Hello? Are you kidding me). "The other nice waitress had informed the guy to bring us the drinks," I said. Right after my sentence, she started to question me about who was the guy, which waitress has informed this and, wait, this is for real, HOW FULL OUR DRINKS WAS? At least point, I started to get insulted and said: " We had hardly two sips of it, this friend has maybe half of the glass left, if you want, you can just give us another half of the glass. I am not trying to get any freebie benefit from this "unnecessary" issue. " In the end, she took care of the problem by giving us a new drink. Now, despite this unpleasant experience, the overall ratings are: Food: We had ordered Tuna Tartar (It was delicious), T-Bone, and a Thai fish dish, they were all fresh and tasty. The food has above average standard, and I think it is safe to order almost anything from the menu. Portions were big. Restaurant setting: It has a nice beach vibe, and the club/restaurant mixed was not bad. The club was empty, but for Ibiza 11 pm was too early for dancing anyway. The only problem was that many people were smoking during dinner, and it was not so nice... My fish smelled like 2nd hand smoke fish in the end. Price: The drinks are a bit too expensive for a restaurant. The food was good, but price was still a bit too high. Ex: T-bone (They said 1KG, but 500G is the bone) cost 86 euros. Drinks: Nothing really specially, I guess the price is higher than its taste. Services: The good: All waitress are friendly and smiley. We don't feel too out of places with our under stress situation. The Bad: Poor situation handling skill - This seriously killed our mood Unorganized planning ( You consistently feel like all the waitresses are running around you) One sentences conclusion: Good food, high price, insignificant drinks, poor experiences and I'm not sure if I would go back again.

I've read a lot online about the experience here so I think it helped me manage expectations a bit. Whenever it's a big name DJ, it's gonna be packed, and it sure was. We got there just before 8pm, and there was virtually no line to get in. Once inside, it's like you are at a smaller stage at a festival like Coachella. Lots of lights, leds, lasers, the production value is pretty solid. Sound quality is great in the front/middle but towards the back it's a noticeable difference. We spent the first hour of the set in the middle of the crowd, and you feel like you are packed like a sardine. Not much room to dance and people on top of one another. They say if you want to get a good spot at the front, get there early but once you have to go to the bathroom or grab another drink, it's gonna be a whole excursion just to get back to your spot. The last half of the set, we went to the upstairs bars in the back. While it's mostly an obstructed view of the stage, there's plenty of room to dance and quick access to bars and bathrooms. For drinks, it was like $26 euro for a tequila soda, which is on par with what I've paid at any Vegas club. Overall, great experience due to the fact it was Calvin. The outdoor setting makes for a fun experience and I wouldn't hesitate to come back to see an artist that I'm a huge fan of.
