After several attempts to fix the warped vent it was discovered that my roof was not done to code and the chimney flashing was not installed properly. Because of this my roof had been leaking since it was installed. My attic is full of mold! When David Lopez was informed of this he denied all accountability. We took legal action and won the case that David Lopez, owner of Blue Rain Roofing and Restoration had violated his warranty agreement with us and was liable for all damages and repairs. We are trying to collect on that judgment so we can get our roof repaired and the mold cleaned up but David Lopez is being evasive and shady. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
