Ask the Community - Experience Fable

Is this only for special events or does it have open hours on weekends?

Currently, we are a mobile petting zoo only, so we do not have a location where you can visit us. Hopefully, one day. Thx!

The environment feels genuinely safe and welcoming every single time we walk in -- the ladies at the front desk are always warm and friendly, which makes drop-off so much easier. Highly recommend Kids Klub to any parent looking for a nurturing place for their little one!

I'm amazed at how many of the office administration and general staff know the names of every child and parent given how many kids are enrolled there. The events they host for holidays are so thoughtful and well planned. Their flexibility of rates with drop off and pick up make it easy for us as we have an atypical day to day schedule. A highlight is the option for nutritious hot food made in-house, which makes life so much easier not having to pack food every day and still knowing your child is eating a variety of healthy foods. The curated activities like Mandarin / Spanish class, regular art time, balance and coordination, kitchen creation, and music are all wonderful. My kid comes home wanting to replicate the parfaits they learned to make and eat, and refers to colors and sings songs in all the different languages. We will be sad to leave at the end of this school year when she transitions to TK.

Reptacular Animals - Reptacular Animals Party

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Reptacular Ranch, and I honestly cannot say enough amazing…read morethings about our experience. From the very beginning, the owner Jennifer was incredibly responsive to all of my texts and questions. She was so kind and helpful, and she made the whole planning process feel easy and stress free. That alone was such a relief when organizing a big party. The animal handlers Crystal, Alicia, and Jessica were absolutely wonderful. They were super friendly, patient with the kids, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the animals. You could tell they genuinely love what they do. They did not just handle the animals, they truly engaged the kids and made everything educational and fun. On top of that, they even helped us set up the party and our food, which was above and beyond what we expected. The party is hosted on the side of the ranch that sits between the animal pens and a playground, along with a picnic area and bleachers for the educational animal presentation. The setting is so unique and fun. It truly feels like you are right in the middle of the ranch experience. The birthday package includes up to 40 guests, and that number includes the birthday family. Guests 2 years old and younger do not count toward the guest capacity, which is such a helpful detail for families with little ones. You also have the option to add more guests (which we had to do) for an additional fee per guest but you are capped at 60 guests for birthday parties. If your party is over 60 guests, it will need to be hosted on the wedding venue side of the ranch and will cost more due to additional fees and a required deposit. Just keep in mind that the wedding venue side obviously does not have the same play structure area, and the playground added so much fun to the birthday party. I truly feel it would not be as exciting for the kids without that space to run and play between activities. The party also included drinks and plenty of pizza for our guests. They estimate one slice per child and two slices per adult, and it was the perfect amount. The pizza is catered from Vincenzo's Pizza of Noho, and it was delicious. If you need more food, you can also order additional items directly from their menu, which is really convenient. As part of the party, we received a full tour of the ranch where the kids were able to pet tortoises, lizards and a variety of farm animals. The animal presentation was such a highlight. They brought out exotic insects, a chinchilla, guinea pigs, different birds, and several kinds of lizards and snakes including a boa. The kids were completely amazed and so excited. At the end, we even got to take pictures with Herbie the hybrid camel, which was such a fun and memorable moment. Overall, the party was an absolute blast. The kids had a wild time, and parents kept asking how we found this place and saying it was the best birthday party they have ever been to. If you are looking for something unique, interactive, and unforgettable, Reptacular Ranch is it!

She gave us an incredible tour where we got to interact with the animals, learned so much, and she even took photos for us along the way. She is truly a kid whisperer. We fell in love with the ranch and are already planning to bring friends back soon. A big thank you as well to Diana for helping facilitate our tour and making everything run so smoothly. It was not too crowded, and there is a lot of parking on both the left and right side of the zoo, which made it easy. Before entering, there are many vendors selling food, hats, accessories, and children's toys. Children under 2 are free, ages 2 to 12 were $22, and adults were $27. I believe there is also a senior price, possibly around $24. We were able to go through the entire zoo in about 4 hours, and the kids spent some time at the playground, which was new to me since I had not been here in a few years. If you are going without children or with older kids, you could probably get through it faster. Some animals had been relocated to another zoo, and the elephants were not there, which was a bit of a bummer. We were told animals get put away about an hour before closing. I am not sure if that applies to all of them, since we still saw some animals out around closing time. We were able to bring in our own snacks and drinks, which was nice. They do have a few spots that sell food, drinks, ice cream, and other snacks, but they were a bit expensive for me. We did end up getting churros and shared them since they were really long and more than enough for my kids. Overall, it was a fun visit.

Knew about the elephants, but never saw the tiger, gorillas, and many more. It seemed like every other enclosure was empty. Exhibit viewing not great for little ones. Every child had to be taken out of the stroller and held up. Overall very disappointing. I remember coming here with my kids and it being a lot more lively. Came with the grandkids today and it just wasn't much fun. The highlight for them was the playground. I can take the grandkids to the park for no money.
