John listened to us and then planned a 2 day adventure around our abilities. He mapped out a path for us to drive a brand new jeep around all day (pro tip- take video of John's computer screen while he is showing you the routes -2-3 min intervals is best so you keep organized- as you will not have gps in the back country to guide you but John's videos can!) ... The self guided adventure he sent us on was one I will never forget. I conquered the Shafer Basin Switxhback Trail and Potash Rd, just to name a few. (I definitely did not pretend floor it at the Thelma and Louise drop off point..) John even directed us to some local gems that were spectacular. The mom's and I had a blast. The next morning, we chased the sunrise through Arches Ntl Park using John's helpful videos again! He directed us down a super fun off roading trail on the way out and we saw Dino tracks! Oh my- I forgot the best part...We are traveling with dogs and normally cannot bring them in rentals. But not at Jenn's Jeep! My whole pup crew (3) got to come on the day long adventure and John directed us to spots where they could run free. That alone - wow- made the adventure. But wait- I'm not done yet. We met back up with John at the shop in the early afternoon, switched to an even more cool Jeep with John as our driver guide and headed to the Salt Flats to have some fun! John took us all over Fins & Things and then Hell's Revenge. I even got to drive for a bit which wasn't terrifying at all since John was right there in the passenger seat calmly guiding me through the challenges and giving me the confidence to put a jeep at at 35 pitch w my mom's in the back seat! Oh- and he traversed across the Salt Flats without spilling an oz of coffee, which he held the entire time. #impressive. (We left the dogs in the RV for this part of the adventure). If you skip Jenn's Jeep in Moab, you are doing yourself a disservice... instead, stop by, chat with John, see that he is an awesome human who will design adventures around YOU and not just put you in a cookie cutter environment (ick). I promise you- it's worth every penny. Oh- and tell Harley the corgi that I say hi!

The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared that we had a great (and safe!) adventure. Special shout-out to Sabrina, who was an absolute rockstar--helpful, patient, and kind from start to finish. The Jeep was in excellent condition and performed beautifully... right up until Elephant Hill reminded us who's boss. After that trail, the renter's wife and daughter were officially scared to death, declared Jeeping "a hard no," and refused to do anything remotely off-road ever again. Canyonlands Jeep Rental couldn't have handled it better. They were incredibly understanding and graciously let us return the Jeep early with zero hassle, which we truly appreciated given the circumstances (and the lingering white knuckles). If you want a company that's honest, flexible, and staffed by people who actually care--this is the place. Huge thanks again to Sabrina and the whole team for turning what could've been a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. We'd rent from them again in a heartbeat (assuming everyone survives Elephant Hill next time). Highly recommend!

We are finishing up our tour of the Mighty 5 Utah National Parks. We were just pulling in to Arches National Park when our truck began making some VERY bad noises! We called the Ford Dealership who said they'd look at it, but weren't sure when they'd be able to fix it. I look up car rental and saw this Enterprise was only a mile away from Ford. We had them drop us off. Tim said he really only had one car available, as a luxury train was pulling in & though the lot appeared full, all were spoken for & would be gone within the hour. He did have a van available, but going price on that is over $100/day. Tim was very empathetic to our situation and gave us the "body shop rate" of $40.99/day. Later in the day, we thought the truck was done (expensive brake job), so I returned it same day. My hubby picked me up & we started along our way, but we could hear the sound of a brake still dragging! Both places were closing at 5! Jon dropped me back off to enterprise at 4:59!!! Despite having to go to her second job, the lovely girl at the counter was going to help me get the van back. Fortunately & thankfully, two of her coworkers returned which freed her up to leave. I was grateful to be able to visit Arches National Park in this comfortable vehicle while our truck was inspected. The courtesy, professionalism & customers service displayed throughout are unmatched & I HIGHLY recommend this place while you are in Moab!!!

We were literally heading out of Moab when the tire forced us to turn back and kill some time in town. Driving down Main Street, we spotted the Twisted Jeeps sign, and something about it just felt right. Within minutes, it was obvious why the universe slowed us down. This was the detour we were meant to take. Not long after walking in, we were set up with a fully lifted Rubicon on monster tires and handed an itinerary that promised to show us Moab in a way most people never get to experience. Nick took care of us from start to finish. He was calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, confident, and safe before sending us off. The Jeep itself was unreal. There wasn't a single obstacle it couldn't handle. I played around a bit with four wheel drive, switching between high and low until it clicked, and once it did, we were unstoppable. We tackled trail after trail, climbed to the tops of mountains, and cruised past side-by sides, 4Runners, and Land Cruisers along the way. The capability of that Jeep was impressive, but what surprised me most was how comfortable the ride was the entire time. I get the appeal of side by sides. They're fast and exciting. But with a Twisted Jeep, you get the best of everything. Power, comfort, confidence, and the feeling that you can go anywhere without sacrificing the experience. Huge thanks to Nick for making it all happen. My son and I had an absolute blast, and this is a memory we'll be talking about for a long time. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Moab.

What an Amazing trip. Me and my two sons (12 and 9) visited Moab for Spring Break in early March…read more Our hearts are full and our memory cards too! So much of what made the trip special was the "blue buddy" we rented from SW Jeep Adventures. We wanted to be flexible in where we stayed during our week in Moab, so we opted for renting a Jeep with camper top. Little did we know that was the best decision we could have made. Our host, Emily, not only outfitted us with all the gear we needed (sleeping bags, mats, pillow, cooking supplies, headlamps, chairs, fridge, etc) but most importantly she also provided us with guidance on the best places to park our Jeep at night. We opted for free, dispersed camping sites, which were amazing. The 4x4 routes we took to get to those camping spots were breathtaking. I pulled over constantly to take photos. Emily was great with communication before and also during our trip. She customized our gear based on what we needed and didn't need. After our flight time got changed, she went out and reserved us a camp site for the first night since we would be arriving after dark. She even looked at the forecast and threw in an extra blanket for us which turned out to be clutch! I very much appreciate her attention to detail which I might not have gotten from a larger place with a huge fleet of jeeps. I plan on coming back with my two daughters when they're of age for such an adventure and we'll be calling Emily for sure! PS- I'm not a huge 4x4 nerd but apparently the jeep we rented is hot stuff. We got a lot of comments from admirers and folks drooling over the camper top (Ursa Minor) and just in general at the rig. It's a handsome ride! As I head back home to drive my Subaru Outback, I may be missing blue buddy a bit!

Bottom Line: An upscale car rental agency with good service…read more My husband and I flew into Canyonlands airport with Redtails Air and Redtails recommended Enterprise to us for a car rental. I initially made my reservation through the Enterprise website and then at Redtail's recommendation I called to let Enterprise know that we were flying in with the Fixed Based Operator (FBO)(aka Redtail Air.) When I called Enterprise I spoke to Matt who was very helpful and advised that he would leave the rental agreement and keys with Redtail. So once we landed at CNY we didn't have to hunt down Enterprise since Redtail Air had everything we needed to depart in our car. We rented a full size sedan but we were given a Nissan Armada. The Armada was very nice but huge! Phew, good thing the streets and parking lots in Moab are a decent size to accommodate lots of vans, RVs and me adjusting to driving a gigantic SUV. I also appreciated that the SUV was clean and came with a Clorox disinfecting wipe. One thing that surprised me is that when we picked up the SUV it had less than 1/2 tank of gas. Since we were only in town for about two days I didn't think much of it but the car was a gas guzzler and the next day we had to abort an adventure, backtrack a good bit and go get gas. I rent cars often and I can't recall a time when I've ever picked one up that didn't have a full tank or a time when I had to put gas in a car prior to returning it so that caught me by surprise. Return was easy. We drove the SUV back to the airport, locked the car and put the key in the overnight drop. This car rental was more expensive than what I usually pay at other car rental agencies, perhaps because of the area and because I am used to a corporate rate but the experience was also very nice.
