I provided them with specific unit information that met my needs and requirements. Despite this, I never received any follow-up communication. Each time I contacted them, I was told that someone would get back to me, but I never received a response. Meanwhile, the units I inquired about were eventually marked as no longer available, with no explanation or update provided to me. The lack of communication, especially after disclosing my voucher, raises concerns that I may have been intentionally ignored or treated unfairly. Even when I reply with the following messages I still haven't received any response (I'm feeling a bit confused and concerned. I've asked several specific questions about the units and have not received clear responses, including my request for the location of your office. At this point, I would prefer to speak with someone in person, as communicating only through messages has not been effective for me. Please let me know where your office is located and when I can come in to discuss the available units directly.
