Because of this I get constant annoying calls from speculators, trying to buy the house where I live that is not for sale. This is an invasion of my privacy and it's just a good example of bad business practices that clearly show this is not a good company to do any sort of business with. Also they're very dishonest, when I first contacted them they insisted my phone number is not on their site. But every time I ask a caller how they got my number they tell me from the Property Shark website. If I could I'd give them negative stars. These people are shady, I wouldn't trust any of the information on their website.

I cannot recommend Craig Paulson highly enough!…read more I was going through a very challenging personal situation when I started my apartment search, and Craig treated me with immense kindness, empathy, and respect from day one. He went above and beyond to show me a lovely apartment in Brooklyn--complete with a private backyard--owned by a wonderful mother-and-son landlord team. But what truly set Craig apart was his dedication: he was quick in responding to communications and stuck with me through the entire application process, guiding me through every detail until the keys were in my hand. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care turned a stressful time into a successful move. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for me. If you need a real estate broker who is not only dedicated and sharp but truly cares about his clients as human beings, look no further than Craig Paulson!

It was the first time I was dealing with real state people. This guy took 100 dollars to do the credit check. I was pretty sure i was going to get the apartment since my credit was excellent 780 points and I have an income of 60,000 dollars and it was only 1,100 dollars for an studio apt. He told me first it was going to take 5 days to get the credit check but it finally took 2 weeks and on January 29th he told me that we were not approved I asked him why. He never gave a clear reason he just said. "It was landlord deccision and it was gave it to somebody else" i asked him if i can get a copy of my credit check. He denied to do it. I check my credit later and there was no inquire in my credit. That means they never run the credit report and who knows how many people he did the same thing. Please be careful with this guy. If I could give Tomer Hatuka 10 stars, I absolutely would!…read more I had been living remotely in another state for a few years and suddenly needed to move back to Queens with very little notice. I contacted more than 40 brokers over the course of two weeks, and no one was able to help. I was ignored, told my budget was unrealistic, or advised to wait until the rental market improved. Unfortunately, none of those options were possible for me--I was running out of time and desperately needed a place to live. I came across Tomer's ad online and reached out late at night to ask about seeing the apartment. By the next morning, he had confirmed a showing, and I was on my way from Manhattan to Queens. From our very first interaction, Tomer was responsive, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The first apartment I went to see ultimately wouldn't have been ready in time for my move-in date. I was already preparing to leave New York empty-handed and was running out of options. I had broken the lease on my current apartment and was facing the possibility of having nowhere to live. I asked Tomer if he happened to have anything else available. Instead of telling me to lower my expectations or wait it out, Tomer was incredibly understanding. He told me about another apartment he had that wasn't even listed online and asked if I could come back a few hours later to see it. A couple of hours later, he texted me to confirm the details. I had just checked out of my hotel and was rushing back to Queens with my luggage and my dog in tow. The entire day was chaotic and incredibly stressful, but Tomer remained calm, accommodating, and professional. Within hours of meeting me for the first apartment, he had arranged another showing. And that second apartment checked every box--and, most importantly, it was available for my move-in date! I told him I wanted it, and he immediately sent me the application by email. From that point forward, everything was seamless. Tomer has been incredibly responsive by both email and text, and he has always been clear, organized, and upfront about everything I needed to know. He turned an extremely stressful situation into one that felt manageable, and I genuinely couldn't be more grateful. If I hadn't met Tomer, I honestly don't know how much longer I would have been searching. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tomer to anyone looking for an apartment. He truly went above and beyond for me, and if I ever need to move again, he will be the first person I call!

I was lucky enough to stumble upon this listing within two hours or so of it being posted. I called, left a detailed voicemail and less than 5 mins I got a call back from Jonathan. Immediately I was at ease just from his voice - yes, that's a thing. He sounded calm, collected and easy going. Next thing you know, we're driving to see the property, same day. I mean, does it sound like it's meant to be or what?!? Anyhoo, we get there and the pictures are exactly like the real thing. So many postings make the place seem bigger than it is so I was so relieved. I knew I wanted to sign right away. Jonathan made the whole process so much easier and reassuring. He was attentive and extremely responsive - I never felt like I was left "hanging. " Even if he couldn't get back to me with a specific inquiry, he would text me an update. My bf really wanted to see one more property but his contact was taking DAYS to get back to him which just goes to show how unreliable other brokers can be. So I was like, screw your contact, Jonathan is our guy just say yes! Lol All in all, a great experience and I'm so grateful we crossed paths considering how emotionally draining apartment hunting already is. Now that we have the lease signed, all that's left is to do is fight about the furniture. Yay!
