I had a weld fail on a 2020 explorer ST exhaust. Apparently this is a known problem. Exhaust Pros repaired it for a very fair price same day. About 6 months later one of the welds let go. Not only did they stand by their work no questions asked, they took the vehicle in immediately and had me in and out with an appropriate repair in 30 minutes.... No charge! I noticed my exhaust sounded a little louder than normal. So I got under the car and found my resonator had a split in the seam. And the exhaust pipe to the muffler was very rusty. I called exhaust pros to get an idea what it might cost. When I dropped the car off Sean checked it in and I told him to replace the pipe and rear muffler also if needed. When I picked it up Sean said the pipe and muffler were fine. This is the honesty and integrity of a great business. They could have told me it needed the extra work. (Yes it was the ONLY thing we didn't upgrade prior to leaving on the trip).This place had our 2011 Tundra MagnaFlow Dual Exhaust swapped out and us back on the road in less than 2 Hours!!! Growing up, this was the place to go when doing your exhaust systems. 20 years later, I brought my custom Chevy truck to get an estimate to have the tail pipe and tips replaced. Originally, I had a very custom, tight and very professional exhaust installed. I wanted to make sure this replacement would match the original in terms of form and fit. They did their best to replace it as close to the original for a fair and reasonable price. Very flexible with scheduling, a very no frills, get it done kind of place. Broke a exhaust hanger on my truck, rolled into Exhaust Pros on the recommendation of a co worker. They said it would take 20mins and cost $40 because I lost the hanger off the truck. It would have been $20 if I had the hanger and just needed it reattached 20 mins later I was on my way with a non droopy exhaust. I knocked off one star because the place is a little shady looking and the owner seemingly had no trouble dropping numerous F-Bombs in front of me, not that I care, but other customers may not appreciate that type of language. I wouldn't take my truck there to get the oil changed or anything else but they seem to know exhaust building pretty well. read more

I had an exhaust put on a truck I am selling. They got me in fast and had the truck done that afternoon. The welds looked good, bends were all tight and the "budget" muffler they used really wasn't a cheap piece of junk. I was pretty pleased with the quality. The cost was below what I was expecting. The guys in there were fairly friendly, a bit rough looking. But, some of the guys I ride with are a pretty rough crowd - I was kind of at home. There were a couple ladies in there, so I'm guessing the guys aren't that scary... The store isn't the cleanest place you would walk into, but, you aren't going to have to pay the steep prices you would at the big named shops. Pretty much a get it done with no frills place. I will probably take another car in later down the road and see how it goes. I will check back in after that. read more

Called in the morning to see how much it would be for a new muffler on my 99 Jeep Cherokee. Talked to Rick and he checked to see if he has that muffler on hand. He did and he mentioned that he was really busy, but he said to bring it by anyway. Dropped it off and it was done in a couple hours. In January I had a set of duel exhaust put on my truck. Sometime in June I noticed one of the Brackets broke. It wasn't hurting anything but since it was under warranty i did want to get it fixed. Also I didn't like the sound so I wanted to get different mufflers put on it. I made an appointment, took my truck in. This is where "SHIT" hit the fan. I spoke to a tall slender man about what I wanted. He went In the back to get a quote, another man fallowed him. the told me what it would cost. With which I was good with. When I asked if they could weld them different than the way the welded the ones previous the tall gentleman went off on me. Letting me know that he's been doing this for 33 years and no one tells him what to do. He cussed many times including using the "F" bomb. I of course in defense Got back in his face. He went as far as walking toward me in a threating way. I had to tell him a couple times to get away from me, all a he kept yelling at me. Finally The other gentlemen ( Sean ) stepped in and told the tall guy to go back in the shop. This happened on the 7th of August. I will never be back I know I'm only one person and this won't make a difference. Shit it probably wont even be put on here. read more

So I dropped my vehicle off at exhaust pros in Thornton where a fella named Cody churches uses the shop for his own work. I asked for my car to stay inside the gates due to thousands in parts on the vehicle. I noticed my car just sitting out there, which made me upset cause it was unlocked hood popped on the side of the building. Then I Cody states your head has no damage surprisingly and had me take it into a different shop to get it resurfaced and cleaned and inspected. It took myself 2 minutes to pull a the burnt valve to find out my head is unusable after paying 200 for machining on Cody's word. I towed my car out of there the next day to complete myself long story short very unprofessional he told me to come get the head to take it in and tried giving me the head with my manifold fuel rail and injectors on it as if the machine shop was gonna accept a head like that. Overall Cody has very poor ethics in what he does cause it wasn't his car so he didn't care to take 2 minutes before having me spend 200. So since exhaust pros let's him do this dirty work they got the review. read more

I had a check engine light come on a couple of months ago. Took it to Advanced Auto and the code was directed towards a catalytic converter. It became quite clogged, (huge loss of power) so I took it to Exhaust Pros. Same day service - $350 out the door. Awesome. I thought it would have been at least $600 or $700. Trying to get our 34 ft. Bounder motorhome ready to go on vacation on a Thursday and it sounded like I had some kind of an exhaust leak or cracked manifold. Checked with an auto repair place on 92nd Avenue and they referred me to Ricky at Exhaust Pros on Huron. Went over to see Ricky on Friday a.m. and he said they were completely booked up until the following Monday. I was really afraid to drive it on our 2000 mile trip with it sounding that way so I asked Ricky if I brought it over if he could at least look at it to see if it would be OK to drive it on vacation and back. He said he would take a look at it, so I drove home and brought it over to him. He climbed under the motorhome and saw what the problem was, and said it was not a big problem and I can fix it right now. He put some kind of kit on the exhaust where it hooks to the manifold and it sounded a lot better but then discovered the other one was leaking as well, so he fixed it too. He spent about 2 hours or more on the repairs and charged me a very reasonable rate. I was very pleased that he went ahead and took care of it so we could leave on our trip the next morning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Brought my 2016 Chevy Sonic in for install of an exhaust and cold air intake. I picked the car up and everything seemed fine until 2 weeks later when all of the engine coolant reservoir was completely emptied and I had a puddle underneath the car. After some investigation, we found that the cold air intake had been installed wrong LOL (This is not a hard job). The heat shield was pinching the engine coolant hose causing it to rub against the water pump belt and pulley. I'm no mechanic, but if I was, I would say that's not how its supposed to be installed. At this point they should've called us an explained the situation but instead they said the car was good to go. The laws of physics would suggest that the spinning pulley and moving belt would eventually tear through the rubber hose.......................apparently these mechanics have never taken high school physics. Anyways, brought the vehicle back to the Chevy dealership where it was installed properly so now I'm out another $360 plus the $100 exhaust hoes charged for install. I brought all this evidence and the receipts back to them this week and they refuse to reimburse in total for the damages. They gave me my money back for the install but refused to pay for the work Chevy did ($360) that was caused by their improper installation. Idk what kind of mechanics they have working here but clearly they are not the ones you want to deal with. Mike tried to tell me that I voided my warranty by installing the cold air intake but that is far from the truth if you install it correctly. K&N even ships a disclaimer with it saying it won't void warranty if installed correctly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... There are better and more PROfessional shops elsewhere in the Denver area. The damage could have been far worse. Luckily, the car leaked the coolant when sitting in the garage. P.S. The entire staff of Exhaust Pros needs to lay off them donuts.
