I reached out to local towing agencies and Red River was so prompt to respond gave me an ETA that was in minutes as opposed to hours and even gave us tips to try and get the car unstuck ourselves (spoiler alert that did not happen as you can see how far in the mud we were in the photo I attached). I would highly recommend calling them directly vs trying luck with other agencies. Our insurance also allows us to call the best towing company in the area and get reimbursed so that's food for thought if the ETA you are given through insurance is a few hours out. Red River was there in 30 minutes instead, and when you have kids in the car with you that is super important.

H&F Wrecker towed our new 2023 Ford Bronco, with 3K miles on it, onto their trunk while…read moretransmission was in park. The suspension and alignment were severely damaged. H&F Wrecker replaced broken parts, but didn't bother aligning, stating Ford Broncos do not require rear alignment. Ford stated the tires typically would get 60-70K+ miles on the rear, but the alignment damage caused them to burn flat in 6 months with less than 9K on them. H&F Wrecker said they replaced the damage parts, Broncos do not need alignment, and "tires wear out anyways". Ford said they can replace the tires for $650, but without repairing the alignment damage caused by H&F Wrecker, the new tires will wear out in less than 8-10K miles.

After HOURS, and I mean hours of trying to contact other towing companies and having them hang up on me and the 911 Dispatcher, we ran into this towing company. Not only were they willing to drive out of their usual area to help me; when I had called them back and told them that we had found another person closer, the tow man was thoughtful enough to still come out all that way and stay with me until the other towing company got there. I am very grateful he did because that other towing company was simply just plain RUDE. 1000000/10 Would choose this towing company again 100 times over.

This H&F Wrecker towing company tore up the rear suspension of our 2023 Bronco Sport with less than…read more4K miles. The driver said he couldn't figure out how to get our Bronco in neutral. I said perhaps we should call Ford for towing. Driver said he's done it before and it will be fine. He took his water bottle and splashed it on the truck bed and said it was for lubrication. My wife came running out of our house and and frantically said, "WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE BACK TIRE??!" The tire was bent out approximately 30 degrees. The driver said it was normal suspension flex! When we first got our Bronco back after H&F Wrecker pulled it onto their tow truck in park, the passenger rear tire broke off after about 200 feet of driving. H&F Wrecker replaced broken suspension pieces the next day, but never aligned the twisted rear suspension. I asked about aligning, but the owner said Bronco's rear suspension can't be aligned. The new Pirelli tires, which should have lasted us 5+ years and 60K+ miles, burned up in just a few months with 8K miles. When I was at the H&F Wrecker business/ residence to show them the paperwork from Ford, a woman in a shed said they were home but they were too busy to talk to me. Though I was very polite, she wouldn't even look at me or accept the documents. I called the number while I was there, but the owners wouldn't even come out of the house to talk with me. The owner stated that, 'we replaced the damaged parts, the alignment could not be done and wasnt necessary, and tires are going to wear out anyways.' Because of H&F Wrecker, we now have a 9 month old 2023 Bronco with 10K miles, an alignment bill, and bald rear tires. Ford politely said they can install new Pirelli tires, but they will again wear with 8-10K miles if the damaged alignment is not repaired.
