Not only did he continuously say rude things to me on the phone and then hang up on me when I asked to confirm his name, when I went to pick up my car he continued being rude and started yelling at me in front of the owner . The owner then walked me out apologizing . In my opinion the owner should have been walking out BOB instead of me . The owner continuously apologized to me saying BOB was having a bad day ! So many terrible things that BOB said as he was yelling at me in front of The owner that had nothing even to do with my car. I have never met BOB in my life and have no idea why he decided to say the terrible things to me that he did . As much as the owner apologized to me , I would have appreciated so much more if he would have just sent the manager BOB home and took me to an office to discuss the situation . At no point did the owner try to make it correct by offering more than an apology for BOBS bad day. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS AS LONG AS BOB IS WORKING HERE ! Apparently it does not matter if BOB is causing you to have a bad a day, because he is!
